people with disabilities. broken or out of service elevators and human race on the ground people with disabilities, and they want to submit to an independent monitor. b.a.r.t. responded to the lawsuit saying they are improvement agendas, and they are disappointed the program of capital improvement is being met with litigation. b.a.r.t. says a floor replacement project will solve the problem for the elevator outages that should be completed by may. oakland mayor is asking for your help. she wants you to join her in helping those who lost everything in a deadly fire last monday. four people died in that fire, which burned down a transitional

bay area companies have shyed away from submitting proposals for building a border wall along the southern border with mexico. there were hundreds of proposals being submitted for other parts of the country. they had to be impossible to dig under for at least six feet. some are questioning the need for the wall, since data showed the border dropings have dropped 63% in the last year. >> so much uncertainty to bid on an uncertain project where you have very certain public anger in a lot of areas made a lot of companies shy away. >> about 20 companies will be invited to invited to their

steadier rain spreads across with embedded moderate showers. doesn't make it down to the south bay by the end of the commute, and once that ends, all bets are off. by 9:00 it makes it down to the south bay. and then the moderate continues for several hours, and then about 4:00 we start with the leftover, moderate rain to light showers from the south bay, all the way up to san francisco and vallejo, and you can see scattered showers for the rest of the morning commute. isolated showers during the day. once we get to 5:00 or 6:00, you can see showers developing once again and they will hang around through midnight. here's a look at the wet weather. noon. nothing measurable out there yet. by 7:00, you can see the commute will be wet for most of us and overnight most of the heavy falls from a quarter inch in the south bay to the rest of us with an inch. if you can't sleep tonight because of the pounding rain and thunder there, you go.
