we have breaking news out of oakland this morning, one person has died in a house fire. now, firefighters responded to an alarm around midnight at 103rd avenue and 4th streets. smoke was coming from the second story of the home when they arrived. one person was taken out of the house and pronounced dead at the scene. right now the cause is under investigation. a sunnydale man is facing two counts of vehicular manslaughter and dui after hitting a car with four women inside. they had just left a late night holy thursday mass off great america parkway in santa clara. abc 7 news reporter katy mar sul lo tells us the victims included a mother and daughter. >> reporter: jeff says his 92-year-old grandmother angela was devoted to her religion,

angela, two of her daughter and niece were out going church to church for the stations of the cross, an easter tradition. they were leaving our lady of peace around 8:30. they say a 36 of drunk and speeding. he hit the women head on. >> he's charged with felony dui and vehicular manslaughter. >> reporter: angela and her daughter were killed. >> she likes to party, karaoke. >> reporter: sher sister survived the crash. her husband had to them her, her mom and sister had died. >> she had a feeling that it would happen because she was calling their names and no response. >> reporter: in an instant, an extended san jose family lost a favorite aunt and beloved matery arc. >> she's the best.

police in central california have arrested a man on suspected of murdering a victim of human trafficking. her body was found in a dumpster. the 30-year-old emigrated into the u.s. from china last year. police say she was brought here to work in the sex trade. police arrested 50-year-old william lee yesterday for her murder at the san mateo auto shop where he worked. police say the two had been romantically involved. the relationship turned violent. they lived in the bay area and had no ties to merced. bart has not source of thethethethethethethee

>> reporter: commuters headed to pitsburg bay point were greeted by concord works, one stop short of their final destination. an electrical problem uses shorter trades to shuttle people between north concord and pitsburg. it's trouble for some riders. >> you have to switch to a shutt shuttle. >> reporter: she was trying to get to the last stop on this line to pick up her son and go back home to oakland. she had to have her baby-sitter drive him her before heading home. some commuters said they could smell something burning on the ride here. >> we caught the bart if fremont, all the way up here, it smelled like burning brake

fluid. >> it smelled like electric am, burning brakes. >> reporter: it started about 10:00 a.m.. they spent the day tracking down the problem. last year mysterious power surges lasted for weeks and damaged about 80 cars, the problem eventually went away, even though the exact problem has not been found. san francisco is testing out four types of durable bike lane posts to find the perfect one that can put up with the wear and tear of market street traffic which can be crazy, they can bend when cars drive over them. several in the past were damaged by cars and bikes that ran into them. the city will test to see ones stands up the best. hopefully something will work because markets street can be a problem. >> i tried driving there, those posts will be helpful. >> it's a mixed basket of weather. >> oh, very nice, i love that

>> are you a jedi also? >> yes, i am. >> no matter who you are here, you're welcome. in orlando, abc 7 news. >> water officials are setting water down the damaged main spillway at orville dam. it is the fourth time since mid-march that that spillway has been used. a massive hole chute led to a massive one in february. since that time, crews have been busy clearing debris from the damaged area. meanwhile, some lawmakers are demanding that governor brown release more documents related to the dam and the spillway problems. >> information that happened, information about previous studies and use of whether the dam and the spillway was or was not safe. >> that needs to be made public. >> the governor's office has said it would not release all details about the dam and what went wrong due to legal issues. a plan to repair the spillway

and we will be warming up into the 60s by the time the game ends. it will be a very gorgeous day ahead. in fact, highs today a little warmer than average in many areas. so if you are headed to the oakland game, 67 degrees for you there. san jose 72, low 70s inland and in napa, very comfortable at 69 degrees, some of those high clouds passing through, you also need your allergy medicine. unfortunately, tree pollen is pretty high the uv index will be high as well. let's talk about abc 7 storm impact scale. we ran the scale from one to five. tomorrow's storm will be light, showers arrive by late morning, starting first in the north bay, less than .4 of an inch for most areas, breezy conditions at the coast. here's how it plays out. sunrise services tomorrow, still be dry, notice the increase in cloud cover, 7:00, still dry, we'll start to see the showers off the coast. 8:00 it starts to creep into parts of the north bay, 506789 we see more light rain through the north bay and 10:00 it
