commander-in-chief, when the white house was pressed on whether action was coming on north korea, press secretary sean spicer saying the president holds his card close to the vest. >> i don't think you are going to see the president drawing red lines in the sand. >> when asked his next move. president trump with just a two word answer. you'll see. >> reporter: the vice-president here in south korea said he and president trump have great confidence in china. but if they don't pressure north korea in a meaningful way, the u.s. and its allies will. martha raddatz, abc news, seoul. president trump is heading to wisconsin to sign an executive order dubbed buy american, hire american. the order is looking to make changes to the h-1 b visa program often used by tech come companies to attract high-skilled workers from other countries. but the white house says the program is undercutting americans by bringing in cheaper labor. executive order also calls for stricter requirements for the federal government to use american-based products when possible.

as the president calls on companies to hire american, trump winery, trying to add nearly two dozen foreign workers to its payroll. the winery in virginia is owned by president trump's son, eric. it is requested temporary work visas for farming positions that will run through the end of october. employers are required to demonstrate there are not enough u.s. workers who are able, willing, qualified, and available to do the same jobs. president trump called turkey's president to congratulate him on a controversial referendum victory expanding his powers. the president's call comes amid growing concerns about voting irregularities during the referendum vote. in fact, the state department took a less congratulatory position appearing to be concerned with the legitimacy of the vote. and mr. trump also thanked president erdogon for supporting the u.s. missile strike in syria. and talks aimed at ending the civil war back on track.

asked for representatives to a meeting in switzerland. a u.n. official has agreed to attend. no word from the trump administration. last week, secretary of state rex tillerson met with russian leaders in moscow. the sessions failed to produce progress in the situation in the middle east. >> one crew member is dead and two injured after a military helicopter crashed on a golf course in maryland. the three-person crew aboard the blackhawk was on a training mission. army officials describe the incident as hard landing. the witness says the chopper may have hit trees on the way down. the search is nationwide. a $50,000 reward offered in the search to find the suspected facebook killer. steve stevens remains on the run two days after authority say he killed a stranger. then posted the video of the murder on facebook. investigators still don't have a motive for all this. however, in the video stevens blamed violence on the former girlfriend. and the manhunt has become a national search.

visa program he said is bad for american workers. today in wisconsin, the president will sign an executive order called, buy american, hire american. the order specifically targets the h-1 b, visa program, asking for departments to suggest reforms to ensure that the right people are accessing these types of visas. now the administration argues that this program currently takes high paying, highly technical and high specialty jobs away from american workers, and allows companies to hire foreigners willing to work for less. >> arlette, while the president is in wisconsin he will be closely watching a race down in georgia today. to try to fill former congressman tom price's seat. what can we expect in the race? >> this is really a big test for democrats. it could be a barometer for whether democrats can retake the house in 2018. democrats have poured significant amount of resources into this race. $8 million to help boost a

newcomer, 30-year-old john ausof. currently a front-runner in the race. even president trump is concerned about his prospects, singling him out on twitter saying that he is calling him a quote super liberal and recording a robocall specifically targeting him. this is a very crowded race. 18 candidates. the big question now is whether john ausof can avoid a runoff. a very good chance he could get more votes than republican opponents. what he really needs to do right now make sure he gets more than 50% of the vote to avoid a run-off. overnight, president trump did seem to lower expectations for republicans in a tweet saying there so many republicans in the race that "a run-off will be a win."

win." bottom line here, if john ausof, the front-runner, if he is able to win this outright tonight in georgia, it is a very good sign and the first sign that democrats have a chance of flipping the house in 2018. >> big threshold. will point out, ashoff has an ally in alyssa milano promising to drive voters to the polls there. not bad. >> celebrity status does for you. >> arlette, thank you. breaking news this morning in connection with the plan by arkansas to put eight men to death. that plan called for the executions of those convicted murderers, to take place over the next 11 days. >> just before 1:00 a.m. eastern time, the supreme court blocked the first of the executions because it was unclear whether the inmate would be put to death or not. he was given his final meal for dinner. >> arkansas planned the series of executions because it's supply of a lethal injection drug ends at the end of the month. there are legal hurdles in the cases. the next two executions are scheduled for thursday night. authorities searching for steve stevens say the facebook killer could be anywhere. the cleveland man now the subject of a nationwide manhunt.

stephens hasn't been seen since investigators say he shot and killed a man at random. then posted the video of the killing on facebook. detectives say they don't know his motive. in a video, stevens blames his ex-girlfriend and claims he snapped. there is a $50,000 reward in this case. there is a frantic search for two missing grand canyon hikers. 14-year-old jackson standford, and his 62-year-old stepgrandmother, louann merrell, were swept away as they tried to cross a creek. merrell married to one of the founders of merrill boot company. very experienced. she is an avid, experienced hiker. searchers have found their backpacks with their belongings inside. creeks in the canyon typically see higher water levels in the spring as the snow continues to melt. melt. today is the day the tax man cometh.
