will be anti-coulter rallies today, and it's going to be a busy day in berkeley. uc police say they had credible threats there would be violence during her speech and coulter was upset when her supporters backed out of the event. they announced they were not moving forward with the speech because uc could not provide a safe venue for the event. the foundation is suing the school claiming it violated their right to free speech. >> berkeley, as you know, all along they have changed their possession every five minutes and it's like a game of musical chairs and whenever the music stops the answer is no, she can't speech. my allies and love were on the same side, but they ran away, and they gave in and then i was -- there was nothing i could do. >> uc police say students will see more officers on the campus today and they will be very

cities. he said this is the trump era. progress is being made daily and it will continue. this is going to be the administration that fully enforces the nation's immigration laws. bay area tax experts are responding to the trump proposal to slash taxes. there's the corporate tax rate that would drop from 35% all the way down to 15%. the president of the silicon valley leadership agrees a lower corporate tax rate would help especially in california where the state tax adds another 4.6%. >> if a small business, one, two, three people, or sole pra proprietors are enjoying the relief, we're going to potentially see the blossoming of even more small businesses. >> what is still unclear is how to pay for all of these tax cuts without ballooning the deficit. the proposal released by the white house was just one page with no real details.

one bipartisan analysis estimates it would cost anywhere between $3 trillion and $7 trillion over ten years. a man is facing several charges after exposing himself in public. two 13-year-old girls reported the incident. the police arrested the 25-year-old yesterday and the girls saw him performing a lewd act at a bus stop at texas street. he ran from the police and tried to climb a fence and he was tased and arrested and now is facing six charges. new this morning there has been another groping incident at stanford. the most recent one took last night according to the "mercury news." a woman said she was at a water fountain when a man came up and grabbed her from behind. police identified and contacted the suspect and he is described as a 24-year-old man with no connection to the university. the victim not pressing charges. the suspect does not match the description of a man that globed

harnesses and rigging stopped their fall before they hit the ground. both men worked for the general contractor level ten construction, and one man in his 20s and the other in his early 30s, and they were conscious but were complaining of pain in their lower bodies and had puncture wounds and they were taken to the hospital. this investigation is now being handled by cal osha. reporting live in menlo park, matt keller, abc7 news. a big development in the national debate on sanctuary cities that came into our live desk and it's something we have been talking about a lot lately. texas now heading in the opposite direction of the bay area, just a few moments ago the texas house approved a very strict ban on sanctuary cities. it would let local officers enforce federal immigration law against anybody they detain and police chiefs and sheriffs that don't go along, they could go to

jail. the bill is triggering a lot of protests like these ones last night at the state capital. democrats strongly oppose the ban and the debate went on for 15 hours but the democrats were outnumbered. back to you. president trump backtracking on his campaign pledge about nafta and now saying the u.s. will not with draw from the trade deal. the president tweeted this morning he received calls from the president of mexico and the prime minister of canada asking to renegotiate the dealin' sted of terminating it. canadian lumber has been a sticking point and it's a major supplier to the u.s. and used in a lot of new construction. president trump's new tax reform is out and his team is calling it the biggest tax cut in history. the plan would cut the corporate tax rate from 35% to 15. it also includes tax relief from middle income families by doubling the standard deduction. it creates three basic tax brackets instead of the current

on the fly over there, as you can see, the vehicle is on its roof, and chp is already on the scene but essentially you are down to just one lane there, and yeah, as you can imagine, that backup is building very quickly for a short time we had all lanes blocked and no word on injuries yet for the folks in the vehicle that is upside down. this is going to be a big problem. obviously whenever there's a rollover crash it takes a while to clean it up and flip it over and get it towed out of there. and we are seeing the delay on northbound 101, and you will feel that throughout the city. keeping a close eye on that one. i know i promised a quick check of highway 4, too. westbound 580, you are okay out of the central valley. but 52 minutes from antioch to c concord. and we'll have another look at this rollover crash coming up in less than ten. you may have heard about rats building nests inside of cars and chewing on the wiring,

good morning. welcome back. i want to take you back live to sky 7. we have a major traffic issue in san francisco, this is eastbound 80 between 101 and the 7th street onramp. we have a vehicle on its roof block the two right lanes and got good news, everybody in the vehicle is okay. no serious injuries, but we have major backups thatti are buildi. a two alarm fire destroyed a home in vallejo overnight. firefighters first got calls. they were able to knock it down in ten minutes and nobody got hurt. the cause now under investigation. news this morning that will hurt the hearts of everybody that loves or cares about dogs. a woman discovered 12 dead dogs

weeks ago near columbus parkway, and she found bags filled with their remains, and different breeds and different sizes along with what appears to be a tool that somebody used to kill them lying next to them. we blurred out the images intentionally. animal control was called but officials found nothing to identify the dogs because they were not wearing collars and did not have microchips. a man says he was kicked off a delta flight while he got up to go to the bathroom while the plane was still on the tarmac. >> hamilton says his delayed on the run way in atlanta for so long and he got up to go to the restroom and a flight aten tentant told him to sit down. fbi agents were waiting for him at the gate. >> he said he came to arrest me but after our conversation
