called to london for emergency meeting. the palace tells abc news overnight it had no comment. now meetings like this are apparently held on occasion. it is not believed to be an indication that the queen or prince philip are in poor health. the queen is 91 years old. prince philip turns 96 in june. breaking overnight, an investigation is under way after two people were shot dead at a bar near dallas. police say a gunman entered the sports bar last night got into an argument with an employee and then shot and killed the man. a customer armed with a legal pistol confronted the gunman and shot him dead. investigators are trying to determine the gunman's motive and whether he knew the employee. north lake college in suburban dallas will be shut down until monday after a murder suicide. abc is in irving, texas with details. >> reporter: chaos on north lake college campus. just before noon when the gunfire erupted. the campus put on lockdown as police in tactical gear searched for an active shooter. this math tutor saw it all. >> the girl was sitting in the chair.

life of harrison brown. a popular student and friends described him as a talented musician. three other students were injured in the stabbing attack. police say the attacker was also enrolled at the university. and had suffered from mental health troubles. former teacher tad cummins transferred where he will face kidnapping and sex crime charges. accused of kidnapping former student. 15-year-old elizabeth thomas taking her on an across country trip. he was arrested in northern california on april 20th. unclear when cummins will arrive in tennessee. authorities say he will make a court appearance shortly after that arrival. and a florida man is under arrest after a bizarre incident caught on camera. dash-cam video shows the man's pickup truck backing into a patrol car. he jumps out. while the truck is moving. and then dances in the road wearing only boxer shorts. the officer eventually tased the suspect.
