a federal appeals court in seattle is being asked to decide if those comments are enough grounds to make the ban unconstitutional. city firefighters and inspectors will start checking properties in the oakland hills and they need to make sure brush is removed from their homes and structures. they will have 30 days to correct them. and the warriors overcame a 25-point deficit to beat the spurs in game one of the western conference finals. >> they were trying to make it exciting. >> golden state fell behind in the game. and it was quite the nail-biter until the last seconds with the warriors winning by a basket. this was the biggest comeback

one more weak storm sliding down the slippery slope of cool weather for a week now that was coming in from alaska, and it's going to bring us our coldest day and a slight chance for showers and we will rebound in a big way for the weekend. here are some of the clouds and look for this to continue increasing during the morning commute and at 9:00 it peaks and then sunny this afternoon with cool breezes. the summer heat on friday, saturday and sunday. let's take a look at today's temperatures, well below average. and san jose, 68, one of the warm spots. on the pennsylvania, we will have low to mid-60s, and redwood city, about 64. 60 at half moon bay, and that's a warm spot along the coast, and a lot of mid to upper 50s here. 60 downtown, and 67 in petaluma to napa, 72 through the north bay valleys. along the east bay shore we will have 63 to 66.
