the fact that police had already taken them to the station earlier. they gave them a warning. told them not to do it again. but when they were called back to the scene and this is what they found, they took them back to the station, but this time the child has been taken away. >> and it's for the best at this point. you hate to see families broken up, but at the same time they're not in a space to take care of and raise a child. >> they can barely even look after themselves. >> i don't understand if they found them in a similar situation why they released the baby back to them in the first place. what if something had happened to that baby the second time they found them? they wouldn't have had an excuse. >> good news is the baby was not harmed. as for the parents, they're going to be facing child neglect and cruelty charges. three videos, one theme. look out! the first in ukraine.
