live where you live, this is "abc 7 news." ♪ now at 11:00, arrested again. the east bay mother accused of causing the crash that left a child dead is now facing her third dui arrest. first, a new crisis for the white house. president trump is accused of sharing classified information with russia. tonight lawmakers on both sides of the aisle are calling the story shocking and disturbing. thank you for joining us. i'm ama daetz. >> i'm dan ashley. as we told you in a push alert from the "abc 7 news" app, the white house denies the report trump shared secret isis intel with russia. >> megan hughes picks up our story from the nation's capitol tal. >> reporter: it was at this meeting in the oval office last week between president trump and the russian foreign minister and russian ambassador to the u.s. "the washington post" alleges that's where trump revealed highly classified information, intelligence that had been provided by a u.s. partner in

combatting the islamic state and information that hadn't been shared with our allies. on capitol hill, the report monday night already making waves. >> that's really shocking. the suggestion that he might have shared highly classified information inappropriately with the russian foreign minister is deeply troubling. >> it's disturbing, and let's find out what the details are. >> i don't know if it is accurate or not. if it is accurate it would be troubling. >> reporter: defending the president, national security adviser h.r. mcmaster who was in that meeting. he acknowledged that common threats were discussed but not intelligence sources, methoder or military operations. >> the story that came out tonight as reported is false. two other senior officials who were present including the secretary of state remember the meeting the same way and have said so. i was in the room, it didn't happen. >> reporter: democratic senators tweeting up a storm monday night. senator mark warner, the top democrat on the intelligence committee, calling it a slap in the face to the intel community. he says risking sources and

"abc 7 news." >> new at 11:00, "abc 7 news" has learned an east bay mother arrested last year for a dui crash that killed a young boy has been arrested again. on the left is yarenit arrest from last year. on the left the photo from the arrest last week. >> reporter: dan, it happened at this intersection. police say they found her lying on the ground. it is a third alcohol or drug related arrest for the woman who is married to an alameda county sheriff's deputy. pleasanton police were called to the intersection of the boulevard and bernard avenue friday afternoon. they found yarn i think malhan lying on the ground. she told the officers her back hurt so she took her to the hospital. afs she was medical clear officers arrested her for being drunk in public.

in september she was arrested suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs after a fatal crash in san ramon. police say her su virks hit a car that stopped on the shoulder of 680 after running out of gas. the impact killed tleel-year-old elijah dunn who was stramd in his car seat in the disabled car. it was after that crash "abc 7 news" learned malihan had a previous dui arrest. she was pulled over in pleasanton in june with her 10-year-old child in the car and was charged with dui and child endangerment. the contra costa district attorney office has not filed charges yet in the fatal wreck that left the three-year-old boy dead. new details on vandalism attack that caused $10,000 in damage to a south bay preschool. police arrested leticiamonia friday. "abc 7 news" was in san jose where the break-in happened

earlier this month at the montessori cool. the damage was so extensive the school had to close for repairs. new details on a deadly taser incident in the north bay. the family of the man who died after being tasted by police is now demanding answers. "abc 7 news" reporter lilian kim is live in roanoke park with the story. lilian. >> reporter: ama, branch roth dialed here at the budget inafter police shot him with a taser four years ago. his younger brother went through a similar situation. branch roth was 41 years old, a construction worker from cataldi. on friday a security guard at the budget inn called police to report roth was acting strangely. ramona park police say when they tried to bring him into custody he resisted. that's when they tailsed him and took him to the floor. moments later roth was dead. the attorney says the family is devastated. >> obviously police officers have a difficult job to do. no one discounts that. but their job is to help a situation, not to make it worse. as a result of the roanoke park police department becoming

involved here my client's son is dead. >> the family is questioning whether the officers were properly trained and whether they followed federal guidelines. he represented roth's younger brother esa who was paid $1.3 million after being tasted 23 times by sonoma county deputies. >> they say lightning doesn't strike twice, but here it has and second time lethal. >> reporter: the roanoke park, lilian came, "abc 7 news." a grassroots movement to win the freedom of a north bay man is gaining some support. ice is holding hugh owe mejia, an undocumented immigrant living here with his wife and three children. "abc 7 news" was in san rafael where congressman huffman joined other supporters for a rally today. his wife says on may 3 he left for his job at a construction project at travis air force base and never came home. >> translator: she is very afraid. she is afraid to be here alone

with her children. >> air force base security contacted immigration officials after realizing they did not have a valid social security number for mejia. to nice ice provided this statement saying mejia, quote, ununlawfully entered the u.s. after being previously deport in 2001. mr. mejia will remain in ice custody pending court proceedings. a fire that gutted a construction cite in 'em ore vil start in the exact same location as a fire that burned the construction site 10 months ago. the fire started earl ooep saturday morning. "abc 7 news" was on add line street today where crews dug through the wreckage. investigators say the fire started in a stairwell. they're reviewing surveillance video to see if it was set on purpose. the owner doesn't understand why someone would do this. he said it won't stop him. >> we have to take a deep breath and look at all of the needs of the building and what our insurance company says and what the city inspectors say. but we'll build it.

north korea may be behind the global hack attack. experts at the mountain view cyber security firm found that versions of the ransomware used tools involved in hacks against sony pictures and international banks, both linked to north korea. more than 150 countries were hit in the massive hack. victims include fedex. >> delta airline is working on a high tech service to let you check in bags with just your face. facial recognition machines are being test at the minneapolis/st. paul airport this summer. you tag your bag, pay your fee and smile with the camera. there is one catch. only travelers with valid passports can use them. delta believes it will cut check in time in half.

them fired up about learning. >> we're getting fired up about the weather, or heating up anyway. >> wind seems to be calming down a little bit meteorologist sandhya patel is here with the forecast. >> that's right. the winds are easing. look at live doppler 7. we have clouds beginning to gather as the winds stopped blowing so strong. you will notice they're gusting still at sfo out of the southwest to 26. same thing with fairfield but earlier we had over 40 mile an hour wind gusts will temperatures right now in the 50s exempt los gatos, 44 degrees. here is a picture from ore emeryville camera. clouds will increase overnight, a few showers possible tomorrow and heating up by the end of the week. tomorrow morning when you get going make sure to grab that jacket. it is going to start out breezy and cool. mid 40s to the low 50s. clouds will be gathering so it does start out pretty cloudy in the morning, and as you take a look at the hour-by-hour forecast, 8:00 a.m. could see an isolated shower or two. it is really a hit or miss shower around 10:00 a.m. in the

north bay, and you will notice the trend continues until 1:00 p.m. really it could show up anywhere as the system is dropping down from vancouver island in the pacific northwest. it is late in the season, but it is not unheard of to see a shower or two in the evening hours tomorrow night. 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., and around 10:00 p.m. you will notice that the concentration is in the east bay and the south bay. as we head into the wee hours of wednesday morning shower chances diminish and we get basically sunnier skies for the afternoon hours and a warmer pattern begins on wednesday. tomorrow afternoon, it is not going to be warmer. it will be cooler inland. temperatures only will be in the 60s inland, along the coastline in the mid to upper 50s, so hang on to the extra layer for your tuesday because you just will need it. if you are going to the giants game against the dodgers tomorrow night, cool enough, low to mid 50s, to where you do need that jacket to go out and just enjoy and be comfortable. friday it is not going to be very comfortable. it is going to be much warmer. if you don't like the heat, 90s inland, along the coastline 60s,
