the manchester concert bombing. about 90 minutes ago in honor of the 22 people killed and dozens injured in monday's attack. overnight, uk police stopped sharing information about the investigation with the u.s. the bbc reports officials became outraged when they saw these photos of debris from the scene in the "new york times." hours after the attack, the name of the suicide bomber was also leaked to u.s. media. british prime minister teresa may is expected to address concerns with president trump this morning at a nato meeting. abc news reporter molly hunter e in the investigation. >> reporter: overnight, new raids across manchester. there are now at least eight people in custody in connection with monday's deadly attack. among those detained, members of the south siuicide bomber abe

abedi's younger brother knew they were going to carry out the attack and were members of isis. abedi's father denied he was a terrorist. investigators carried out a controlled explosion and at abedi's home, investigators say they found enough materials to build several more bombs. crime scene photos of the intricate bombing device obtained by "the new york times" and posted on its website reveal the bomb's sophisticated design. the possible detonator covered in blood and a small circuit board soldered inside, a mangled 12-vote battery more powerful than those seen in most suicide bombs. >> i think it's very clear that this is a network that we are investigating. >> reporter: all 22 of the people killed by the explosion have now been identified. among them were a couple, 17-year-old chloe and 19-year-old liam. in a joint statement, their families said they wanted to be together forever and now they will. 47-year-old lisa who was waiting in the arena's foyer to pick up her daughter is believed the

incident. it focuses on patient care and triage. current patients of the hospital not expected to be impacted. b.a.r.t.'s board of directors is meeting today to discuss the derailment of one of its trains, they will get an update of what may have led to the derailment on saturday. no one was hurt. two cars and the third rail were left damaged. the board is also slated to talk about next year's budget. ridership is down, complaints are up and the agency is fashion facing a multimillion dollar deficit. happening today, a jury begins deliberations in the trial of three santa clara county jail guards charged in the murder of an inmate. they were guards at the county jail in san jose. they're accused of beating mentally ill inmate michael tyree in 2015. the defense says his death was an accident and not a beating. the men could face life in prison if connected. palo alto police are

crediting a quick-thinking passer-by. 28-year-old jonathan dane chest nut is accused of exposing himself to a woman in february. chestnut was recently arrested for a separate theft charge. investigators do not think he is connected to other indecent exposure cases on the peninsula. the white house is dismissing a report that a new bill would leave millions of americans uninsured. the nonpartisan congressional budget office estimates 23 million more people would be left out insurance by 2026 if the house version passes in the senate. the report found it would raise deductibles and lessen coverage, mostly for seniors and those with preexisting conditions. here's an example. a 64-year-old making $26,000 a year could see annual premiums climb nearly $12,000. the report also says the measure would reduce the federal deficit by $119 billion over the next decade. looks like san francisco's last shipyard is closing.

"the chronicle" reports that the company that operates the dry dock at pier 70 plans to close it on sunday. puglia engineering claims it was misled when it took over operations in january. instead, it says it needs $9 million in upgrades. more than 220 workers have been laid off since the dispute began. pier 70 is the west coast's largest shipyard. the warriors will return to practice today to start preparing for the nba finals. golden state has a week before game one next thursday night. the players had the last two days off after sweeping the spurs monday night in the western conference finals. tonight, the warriors may found out who they're up against. the cavaliers will try to close out their series in boston. the cavs lead that series 3 games to 1. abc7 is your home for the nba finals. game 1 thursday, game 2 is sunday, june 4, at 5:00 p.m. also at oracle.

game 3 and 4 will be on the road at 6:00 p.m. either in cleveland or boston and remember you can catch all of these games right here on abc7. things seem to be improving rather quickly here in san francisco. we started off with a sig alert this morning and a of westbound 80 right and 7th street. that was all due to a rollover crash on that connecter to northbound 101 and last time we looked at this camera, we had a pretty steady back-up, although it did look like they were releasing traffic. chp says the sig alert has been canceled. things are moving so that is looking much, much better. we can check this out on our traffic maps quickly too. it really does look like that red turning into the green here so that is starting to improve. also, emergency crews in the area said they found another crash, northbound 101 at van ness so it sounds like we had two situations in the area, not sure about the second one yet.

7:00 a.m. reggie, natasha, back to you a woman is suing fairfield-based jelly belly because the product has sugar in it. before you laugh, there is some reason to believe that she could have a case. jelly belly sports beans are advertised as an exercise supplement. the woman's attorney says evaporated cane juice is listed as an ingredient. he says the term is used instead of sugar to make sport beans look more attractive to athletes. jelly belly calls this argument nonsense, however the fda said using the term on labels is misleading to consumers. get ready for new security screening procedures. lax is one of ten airports where they're being tested right now. some travelers are being required to place large electronics and food in separate bins at checkpoints. more travelers are loading up on carryon cases because checked

encryption technology that ensures users' data remains private, secure, and anonymous. happening today, a ribbon cutting reopening ceremony will be held for the ronald mcdonald house at stanford. the center is remodeled as part of a $46.5 million expansion. nine bedrooms were added to the original 47 rooms at the legacy house from repurposed space. it will allow continuous care to 123 families every night, making it the largest ronald mcdonald house in the world. it is the final phase of the expansion project which included the new 67-room family center that opened next door last may. today's festivities start at 10:30 a.m. help has arrived for a school in the south bay going through a hard time. earlier in month, somebody broke into the school, ransacked classrooms, broke windows, and destroyed books. as promised, the san jose public library dropped off some books this week. these are images provided by the library. it looks like the little kids enjoying that new reading

material. let's get over though alexis smith. it's now a sig alert in san francisco? >> it's actually looking a lot better. we did get that sig alert canceled so we have all lanes back open now on westbound 80. the connecter to northbound 101 is back traffic definitely has improved here on our camera. we saw that back-up forming for folks in san francisco. we did caulk talk to chp a few s ago. that was really quick work by emergency crews, a vehicle landed on its roof on the connecter to northbound 101 so had to close all of westbound 80 approaching that and they have that gone. no official word on injuries, doesn't sound like there's anything too serious. one new issue with mass transit, 10-minute b.a.r.t. delay at daly city. that delay is in the pittsburg/bay point directions.

take a look at the central valley coming up in just a few. we'll open the weather window on walnut creek, one of those areas that saw the dramatic drop yesterday and felt it from 92 to 7 6 to today, even cooler than that, possibly just 70. it's going to be partly cloudy, dry cold front that's going to bring in even cooler breezes today, cloudy tonight, some drizzle possible at the coast and summer warmth is coming back for monday and tuesday. see that little ribbon of cloud cover right there moving through our neighborhoods over the last four hours? that's the weak cold front coming through. it's going to bring us a little more sunshine this afternoon, but those cooler breezes are going to reinforce the cooling trend. upper 60s, that's and sunnyvale. we'll have 65 to 70, your spread on the peninsula and even breezier than it was yesterday, 59 at half moon bay, daly city 57, downtown san francisco only

60 degrees today. 63 in petaluma, sonoma 69 and that's one of the warm spots along the east bay shore. 63 in richmond, oakland 65, if we get to 70, which will be the exception, it will be castro valley and fremont. concord, 69, everybody else from 70 to 74 degrees. all right, tonight, let's look at those temperatures. right around 50 to 55 degrees with any drizzle confined mainly to the coast. here's my accuweather 7 day forecast. tomorrow about the same as today and then we're going to be a degree or two warmer as we head into saturday, 60s, 70s, and 80s and we'll take a longer look at that seven day forecast coming up next. highway damage from our winter storms is expected to top more than $1 billion and that is a record. the state has received 424 separate damage reports, including this washout on highway 35 in the santa cruz mountains.

welcome back, and look at this video we just got. a southern california neighborhood dealing with major flooding right now. homeowners say it's after a seawall was mistakenly demolished. this is in new port beach. a contractor was doing demolition work at a house and took out the seawall. flooding started overnight. at times it got knee deep. several homes and vehicles with damaged. firefighters and homeowners have spent the entire night pumping out water from homes and setting up sandbags. reggie aqui, natasha, back to you. graco is recalling 25,000 car seats over concerns they may not securely hold an infant. the recall involves my ride 65 convertible car seats. regulators say that webbing in
