jud vigilant. in man laster, they are searching in connection to monday's bombing attack. neighbors say they found a bomb under construction there. 22 people died in an attack at a concert. so far 11 people are in custody. back here at home, fremont firefighters remain at the scene of a huge fire at a storage facility looking for hot spots. video from an abc 7 news dealer showed the flames towering against the industrial area late last night t. fremont fire department they have to undergo extensive overhaul. investigators are still working to determine the cause of that fire. federal aviation officials will be in concord this morning investigating the crash, the single engine experimental plane on city streets. the pilot was able to walk away

after he was able avoid hitting anyone oak. here's abc 7 news reporter lonnie rivera. >> a lot of fuel on the ground, with a plane like that, they told us, we should back up. >> reporter: they were buying a car at this dealership when a single engine plane came down and crashed next to the car lot. >> the pilot was down on the ground, main down, i talked to the motorcycle officer, he told me the pilot was going to be okay. >> reporter: the small plane had just taken off from buchanan field airport when the pilot reported a rough running engine. he turned around to return but lost altitude. the plane flew over highway 4, clipped the fence and skidded across four lanes on marsh drive before hitting a light pole. >> windows were hit and here. >> reporter: hazmat crews cleaned up fuel and wreckage was scattered across the intersection. >> a piece of the airplane did hit a car right over there,

smashed out a window. >> reporter: the pilot was taken to a nearby hospital, then crews spent several hours defueling the plane. >> the pilot did a great job. engine problem, a safe place to put it down. anybody on the ground was injured. >> reporter: police say the smashed single engine now faa and ntsb investigators will examine it to figure out what caused it to crash. in contoured, abc 7 news. a fireball shot across one lane of highway 101 in marin county last night after an suv caught on fire. witnesses say the driver hit a box in the road which started the fire. she pulled over and got out just before flames exploded from underfeat. thankfully, no one was hurt t. fire and cleanup did not have a major impact on traffic. in bolinas this morning, sky 7 got a rare look at a blue

election. our news partner shot this video. we learned of another incident yesterday, a female student was recorded urinating and the video was posted on enthat zbram. the girl, an athlete, who shot the video was allegedly suspended for three days, still played in several games, including a championship. the victim's parents told city council tuesday their daughter is emotionally devastated. >> you still allow them to be on campus. imagine a rapist rapes you and you are seeing him at work every single day walking in the hallway. what more do i have to say? >> the district released a statement about the bathroom incident saying it wants to stress that all accusations of bullying are taken seriously. they also went on to say the district took appropriate action against the student. police have not announced any charges. some students at napa high school are learning actions have

consequences. six members of the football team are now facing criminal charges in the wake of a hazing scandal that's rocked the community. abc 7 news reporter quinnell bernard has the details. >> reporter: it was halloween 2016 when the school district says a hazing incident happened inside there locker room involving 17 members of the napa high football team. on friday the district attorney filed criminal charges against six players. 11 others remain under investigation. a surprise to players and parents. >> everybody knows something happened. >> reporter: he believes hazing should bring consequences, but it's left the entire football program under a cloud of suspicion. >> if you take hazing, this is not a yearly ritual by all the students. this was individuals that acted. and they did basically the program. >> reporter: the da did not file any charges against coaches. but since the hazing scandal broke last fall, the entire coaching staff has resigned in

protest. a new coach was recently hired by the napa unified school district. here's what school officials said about the charges, as the da's process moves forward, we will concentrate on healing, support for all students and ensuring a safe learning and athletic environment. the district has expelled nine students for hadesing, four of them remain out of school. county superintendent says the scandal has taken its toll. >> well, you have a confidential student or you don't know exactly what happened and people talk and you hear rumors, you don't like a lot of the things that you hear. >> reporter: the da's hazing investigation continues. happening today, it's the largest event ever held on the uss hornet in alameda, called ship show. it's a music festival featuring pot loving hip-hop artist wiz kalefa. the show is in sharp contrast

when we cool down and warm up for june, which is all in the week ahead, chris. >> lots to talk about, lisa, thank you. the fbi is investigating a cyber threat against the trump organization. the agency called don, jr. and eric trump to an emergency meeting at its new york officer after foreign hackers tried to hack the company's computers. it comes as the president's son-in-law, also his adviser, is under fbi scrutefully for his contact with russians. here's pierre thomas with the latest from washington. >> reporter: law enforcement sources tell nbc news, president trump's eldest sons were summoned to an emergency session at the fbi field office earlier this month. the reason foreign hackers were trying to compromise trump organization computers, because it involved the president's children, a special vip notice was sent to officials in new york before the may 8th meeting, which happened to occur a day before fbi director james comey was fired t. source on the

trump's computers is unknown, eric trump denied any computers were compromised. still the company remains a top cyber target. >> hackers would love to get into the family's pham businesss to damage or compromise the president in some way. >> reporter: news of the trump's sons meeting with the fbi comes as trump's son-in-law jared kushner is under scrutiny with the fbi for his contact with russians, specifically two meetings last december. one between kushner and security adviser michael flynn fired for misleading the white house about his russian contacts and a second meeting between kushner and the head of the russian bank with ties to the kremlin. >> that bank under u.s. sanction. the walk post reporting u.s. intelligence officials intercepted communication of the russian ambassador claiming kushner wanted to use secure facilities to communicate during the transition. abc news independently confirmed
