was living in east london of moroccan descent but has ties to italy. he reportedly has a wife who lives in that country. they said prior to last weekend's attack zaghba was not on police or m-15's radar. a car fire is being blamed for this fast-moving grass fire in the east bay. sky 7 hd over orinda as crews fought the flames on the ground and from the area. the fire broke out alongside westbound highway 24 and fish ranch road 1:00 in the afternoon. drivers faced delays heading to the caldicott tunnel because emergency vehicles blocked three westbound lanes on 24. the driver of the burning car tried to put out the fire but couldn't. the owner of a private collection of "star wars" memorabilia is urging people to keep an eye out for dozens of items that got stolen. he says a trusted friend ripped him off. abc 7 news reporter lillian kim has the story from petaluma.

san francisco's oldest recreation center will open after a $14 million facelift. abc 7 news was there when mayor ed lee christened the glen canyon recreation center in glen park. everything is brand new, including the basketball courts and a refurbished gym. the playground outside has been redone. people will be able to scale a new rock climbing wall, the first ever to be built at a city rec senter. >> pretty school. the stanford marching band will be able to hit the road again. the school lifted the sanctions it imposed january after it found the ban violated the campus alcohol policy. the move will let the ban travel to away games again. band members will still face an alcohol ban until the end of the football season. the supreme court is going to take up a privacy case that will affect anyone who owns a cell phone. the justices will determine if police can use cell tower data to locate suspected criminals
