8-year-old boy, a student here. 1 of 14 victims. and the situation has him thinking some pretty scary thoughts. >> i was going to get really sick and die slowly. >> reporter: 8-year-old brian says he was walking on campus, when another student stopped him. he said, do you like stamps? i said, yeah. he said, stick out your arm and look away. and then, i did this? and i felt something poke me. >> reporter: we know the poke was from a diabetic lancet. and the student stuck 14 kids before a employee saw the item and took the student to the principal's office. the principal asked if he stuck anyone. it wasn't until the following week, until parents were reporting they had been stuck by the needle. >> that was probably the most disturbing news i've ever got. >> reporter: bud lofton says he took his grandson to the doctor right away to be tested for hiv

in developing news tonight, fired fbi director james comey is scheduled to testify before the senate intelligence committee tomorrow morning. it's a hearing drawing high interest, of course. so much so that political junkies are planning to get up early tomorrow morning to watch. lillian kim is in the newsroom with more on what to expect. >> reporter: the hearings are scheduled to begin at 7:00 a.m. our time. early, but not early enough to dissuade people from getting together. the new parkway theater had a warriors watch party. expecting to open their doors at 6:45 a.m. a comey watch party. >> i see this as the beginning

of the impeachment process. we'll show the impeachment hearings on the big screen. >> reporter: when james comey appears, he will begin with a prepared statement. he will talk about the president, asking him to tropp drop the investigation into michael flynn. and demanded loyalty. i didn't move, speak or change my facial expression in any way during the awkward silence that followed. belo we looked at each other in silence. after comey's statement, the hearing will transition into q&a. feinstein and harris hit on the intelligence committee. >> just the facts. we'll see senator trying to get him to interpret it. did he feel pressured? did he believe this was obstruction of justice? >> reporter: the east bay congressman plans to watch the entire testimony. >> we need to get to the bottom. it needs to be bipartisan.
