this video is pretty caresy. a hot air balloon festival, it went wrong in illinois. you can see it happened right there. those two balloons colliding after launch. high winds picked up suddenly, and they crashed into each other. and as bad as that looks, watch this. at one point dragging on the ground, and you see a three third balloon, a blue one that

ends up deflating. and you see that bucket, it's hard to tell but that is a person hang upside down from the balloon. and look, it's slammed to the ground again, the man thrown out, and then it takes off on its own. after all of this drama, somehow only one person got hurt and that person is expected to be okay. fire officials say the pilots here did everything they could to mitigate that situation. now to an abc news exclusive. private chelsea manning sharing her story for the first time since her release from prison. the 29-year-old says this is the first time in seven years the public is seeing here. she revealed she is transgender since going to prison. she says she does anticipate responsibility for leaking 7 documents to wikileaks, but she says that doesn't make her a
