heading out the door a little chillier in the north bay and look for 60s by noontime, and coming up a few degrees, and then more in a few minutes. i think maybe a lot of folks taking the day off and we have light volumes out there this morning. here's 101 and 880 in the south bay, no issues if you are traveling on the northbound side. and then 80, highway 4 to the maze, 21 minutes. if you are leaving san francisco, southbound 101 heading to the airport is in the green at just nine minutes. a couple delays out of the east bay in the central valley, talking about that next. a talk executive at uber could be on the way out and the company's ceo may not be far from the exit either. >> the company's board held an emergency meeting yesterday and our reporter

downtown san francisco. >> reporter: the board of directors of uber may be asking the ceo to take a leave of absence. uber's ceo has come under fire over the ridesharing company's culture. it has been accused of fostering a workplace environment where discrimination and bullying are tolerated. the board unanimously adopted a series of recommendations from former attorney general eric holder to change the culture within the company. uber hire add law firm to investigate hundreds of complaints after one of the former employees blogged about her poor experience working at uber, and they fired 20 employees over some of the charges.

one m they are scheduled to be arraigned on thursday. breaking news from the abc7 live desk. >> we are keeping an eye on an anti-corruption protest happening in russia. the demonstrations are happening around the country, and we have seen a lot of activity from police and protesters, and dozens of people have been arrested including an opposition leader, and his wife said he was arrested outside his home on his way to the protest and he was also arrested during similar protests in march. and then police say they made another arrest, a 19-year-old man is being held on suspicion of carrying out terrorists attacks. six other men remain in custody after the june rampage that killed eight people.

we're back at 6:14. look at the pictures over my shoulder. it's hard to believe but these are two different people. the man on the left after being released after 17 years in jail, but the man on the right is the one that committed the crime. jones is a free man, he contacted the innocence project that helps exonerate those wrongly convicted and the group discovered another man in the same jail with the same first name looked a whole lot like jones. >> once i seen a picture of this man, you know, like, i understood why people were saying what they were saying. it made sense to me. >> the similarities in appearance and lack of any hard evidence was enough to get the judge to toss out jones' he realized this was all a

taking a look at the roads this morning we have not had any major problems but things are looking great. 101 and 880 in the south bay. i have been checking that camera for smoke. we have reports of a brushfire not too far from there, and it's near the san jose airport so just past the 101 interchange, sounds like we have trees on fire or something in the area producing that smoke so the fire department certainly knows about that and are on their way to the scene and have not seen any significant delays through that stretch but will keep an eye on that. drive times here, slowly improving, southbound 580, tracy to dublin, one hour and three minutes, and we had a problem that was pushed off to the shoulder but still in the red. and 101, san rafael to san francisco, looking good at 16 minutes. we will look at the bay bridge commute coming up in less than ten. raiders fans in oakland are not giving up.

taking a leave, and his right-hand man may also be on his way out. >> reporter: uber has been scrutinized for months and months and many say change needs to happen at the top. uber's board of directors uber's board of directors unanimously approved a s changes. the "wall street journal" says the company is expected to ask its senior vice president to step down. a former engineer wrote in a blog about being sexually harassed and she says her complaints were ignored by management and the company hired a law firm to investigate complaints made by people that worked there, and they did fire 20 employees last month for harassment problems. we should learn more tomorrow because the company's board of directors will be telling employees of the changing then.

reporting live from san francisco, abc7 news. there's a new development in the russia trump administration. sessions is set to testify tomorrow and it's not clear if it will be public or conducted behind closed doors and the panel will decide. and sessions admitted meeting twice last year with the russian ambassador to the u.s. he would likely face questions from senators not only about the meetings but his involvement in the firing of former fbi director, comey. the lgbt community is celebrating pride this month, and one word is a continued cry, resist. demonstrators march from city hall to cesar chavez plaza, and they heard about pride and sacrifice as well as a warning.
