♪ there's something really cool about fire performers, fire breathers. they seem to have such control. in this case they've got these clubs and they are on fire. performer after performer takes the stage here in russia. they are blowing minds. >> the one thing you're told stay away from fire. here they're like, it's cool. >> seriously, stay away from fire. the show must go on, ladies and gentlemen. he takes a mouthful of accelerant. and then he blows it. >> oh! >> there fs tit was. >> did they use the wrong kind of stuff? >> some of the accelerant, too

much of it stays on his face and he catches fire. as he tries to put the fire out, he falls to his knees. this is where things go wrong. he tries to spit the excess accelerant from his mouth. that's when a ball of fire blows up around his face. people that were watching rushed over to help him. they had bottles of water. they doused his face with it. they managed to put the fire out. but you see this guy had pretty severe burns. he stayed on the ground while emergency workers tried to help them out. some people put some wet cloth over his face. but he was taken to the hospital after this incident to be treated for his injuries. so imagine they're probably pretty severe. >> that's the thing, the number one rule of fire breathing. a small amount of accelerant and you have to get it all out of your mouth at the same time because if you don't this happens. any time it goes wrong, they panic and they spit more all over their face.
