see here as he tries to nose up, suddenly everything goes wrong. >> oh, no. >> now with the landing gear up, he's just going all the way down the runway, flames coming out. you're worried about the pilot until, boom, ends up ejecting just in time as you can see that ball of flame just get bigger and bigger. it's been reported that there were no injuries to the pilot, but no explanation has been given as to what went wrong with the flight. however, if you play it back slowly, i think you can figure it out. i'm going with a bit of pilot error in this case. watch as the plane is taking off. i don't think this guy got up to speed necessary to take off. as he noses up, he immediately starts to attract the gear. the back wheels go down, now he's tracking the tail. once that tail is dragging, it's taking away his speed. it's damaging the plane. that's where i think fuel starts to leak and that's why the fire comes in. now he's just grinding along the
