49 trains service no bart delays, muni noer is issues reported there and yesterday we had trouble with vta's light rail, today that's not the case. no delays. take a look at drive times coming up next. >> speaking droof times, construction to ease traffic on a major bay area bridge is hitting another roadblock. >> the creation of a third lane on the richard monday san rafael bridge is hit a wall. amy hollyfield live at the bridge this morning. good morning. >> reporter: hi, this impacts the people you see behind me on their commute home. that is where it gets really congested, that's where they need this relief. that's where they need this extra lane and it sounds like it's going to be delayed. according to our media partner the marin independent journal, it's now looking like that third lane, that eastbound lane might not open until march, that's about four months later than planned pushing back the retaining wall has been tougher than they thought it would be. they're adding the third eastbound lane because traffic

on this bridge has increased 13% in the last five years. when traffic slows down here, the backup stretches into marin county on to highway 101 and also interstate 580. residents even notice more cars on their neighborhood streets. so a lot of people are looking for this relief. transit officials say they will ask the contractor about speeding up the work, that will likely cost me money so they will have to decide if they want to spend it and where they're going to find it. so brace yourself for possibly waiting even longer for this third lane on the richmond/san rafael bridge. looks like it could possibly be march. that's about a four-month delay, four months later than expected. live in richmond, amy hollyfield, abc 7 news. thank you. richmond plisz are looking for more victims this morning of a bay area tennis coach they say has a history of sexual assaults on children. officers arrested norm mandy burgos at a tennis court in richmond yesterday. two of his students include a 16-year-old boy say he molested them. county prosecutors expect to

file felony charges in the coming days. in 2006, he was fired from his teaching job at tam high in mill valley after he was charged with molesting four students. that case went to trial. it ended in a hung jury. according to east bay times, he now has his own foundation called the burgos tennis foundation in sausalito and works as a private coach there. this is video from the company's website. richmond police are asking if you have any information to give them a call. developing news out of mississippi, federal investigators trying to figure out what went wrong here in the crash of a marine corps aircraft. all 16 people on board died. it went down yesterday afternoon in a small town about 100 miles north of jackson. they say the kplernsed a, quote, mishap. the witness describes the sounds he herds heard as the plane came spiraling down. >> crackling noise and then it was all over, but it was loud. it's just scary because i seen

developing news in santa clara county where firefighters are keeping an eye out for flairups. the fire started yesterday in the hills of san felipepy and metcalf road in san jose. it was sparked by a car fire. the man who says his car kout caught fire tells us he ran to the closest neighborhood where he could get cell service to call for help. the fire has burned 40 acres it's now 40% contained, no homes are threat pentd you're looking at a live picture now from highway 101 in san felipe road. had is west of the metcalf motorcycle park. officials plan to give an update at 9:00 this morning. crews are making progress battling the wall fire this morning but it's now destroyed 37 structures in beaut countier in oroville. evacuated residents described seeing flames 100 feet high. mandatory evacuations are being changed to voluntary now, one evacee broke down after finding out her home was spared. >> we're lucky. we're okay.

fire. >> they kept an eye on hot spots all night long to keep temperature from spreading. abc sfenz news reports. tiffany wilson live for us? san jose. >> reporter: good morning. i actually just spoke with cal fire a couple minutes ago and they gave me an update on the felipe fire. this has spread to 70 acres but the good news is it's about 80% contained and, in fact, can he just saw some firefighters drive through this road closure right here behind me on metcalf about 30 seconds ago. so more firefighters are going in to relief those overnight crews. now we have some video from yesterday when about 150 firefighters were on the scene. huge blooms of smoke in the air. i spoke to a man who lives off of metcalf and he was coming home from work when he saw that smoke. he called his son and said, get out of the house, get the dog. fortunately everyone was okay. now, firefighters battled both on the ground and in the air with water and fire retardant. it appears that this fire

started as a car fire that then spread to the dry grass. and, again, initially firefighters thought they would have to do some evacuations, but they were able to contain the fire enough that those evacuations were not necessary. >> we're concerned as the fire was spreadsing pretty rab i didly that there might be a need for evac wagsz however this area is pretty so it wouldn't have affected a lot of people anyway. >> no structures have been damaged, no injuries reported. again, the fire now 70 acres big but 80% contained. live in san jose, tiffany wilson, abc 7 news. >> thank you, tiffany. now to froi's massive fire in oakland as federal investigators continue to search for a dmauz that fire. the atf releases new footage of a possible serial arsonist wanted for targeting another building which is just a short drive away from this scene. so here's a surveillance video '. it captured a man putting on hood a gloves moments before a

apartment complex was set on fire in emeryville in may. he's seen scaling the building scaffolding in san pablo avenue. that fire destroyed the construction project. remember, a second time that building had burned. it also burned last july. two dozen atf agents are investigating friday's fire to figure out if it was arson. now neighbors who got parking signatures when they're cars were stuck in the evacuation zone on friday could get a reprieve. abc 7 news brought this issue to the attention of cons sill woman rebecca kaplan. she asked the city's transportation director to look into voiding those tickets. the director has asked police to stop issuing tickets to any vehicles that are still in the evacuation zone. the most destructive wildfire burning in california this morning, 37 structures have been roft in the wildfire in beaut county near oroville. it's burned 5,800 acres. 4,000 people remain evacuated. firefighters have been puving through high temperatures in the

80s, rugged terrain to set a line around the fire. a combination grass and oak trees has fueled the fire since it started on friday. smoke from a wildfire can be seen from spapgs. the alamo fire has burned nearly 29 acres since thursday afternoon, it's just 15% contained. more than 100 building are at risk of burning down. assistant clara fire tweeted this pick pure of their strike team which joined the battle against the fire yesterday. governor brown and top lawmakers are pushing to extend the say the's law mark to regular gu late greenhouse gas dollars. it would extend the program to 2031. it as a phi prevent vention fee for profrt owners in rural areas. - other floonts replace equipment with cleaner tech by 2023. a vote could come as early as thursday. developing news out of mississippi, the cause of a marine corps plane crash that killed 16 service members is under investigation this morning. the plane went down yesterday afternoon about 100 miles north of jackson.
