happening today a woman accused of stabbing a money to death expected in court. mia smith is going to be arraigned on homicide charges. police say she killed her partner at their moem on myrtle road saturday night. they say the couple was engaged at one point. police have not said what led to the stabbing. the developer of the oakland building that was destroyed by a huge fire earlier this month plans to rebuild. they report anderson construction will start removing debris from the waverley housing site on valdez street. they expect to complete construction in 2019. 700 residents got displaced in that july 7th fire and the cause has still not yet been determined. new questions this morning about the oakland fire department's incident reports. according to our media partner, kwlt the east day times" one of the victim's names of the ghost ship fire ended up on a list of casualties from a different fire three months later. that fire in march had a building used adds transitional housing was started by accident with a birth can
