on friday counting crows and matchbox 20 cancelled because of of a problem at the loading docks. max box 20 resqued uld for tonight but the counting crows were not available. ticket master and lye nation offered up refunds to people who directly bought tickets from them. thunderhead is he don't refund from third-party vendors and those third-party vendors say they won't refund if the concert is rescheduled. no word on if you can get refunds for tonight's concert but we're check being in with the promotor. all right. thank you. firefighters are crediting cooler weather with helping slow a massive wildfire burning neoio national park, and this morning we can tell you the detwiler fire is 60% contained. it scorched almost 79,000 acres of land. firefighters are trying to beat an unexpected warm-up to get that fire surrounded. sunnyvale's department of public safety tweeted out these pictures of its members helping people living in the fire area. the sunnyvale crew is actually

priority: you now a live desk update. welcome back and from our live desk this morning we just got an update on that sick baby boy whose parents were trying to get him here to the united states for an experimental treatment out of britain. okay we have learned this morning that lawyers representing charlie guard's parents are going before britain's high court today for some sort of hearing. although it's not clear what the hearing is about. but just yesterday the baby's parents announced that they were dropping their legaled by to get their son to the united states. the hospital in london had been refusing saying the experimental treatment would not help charlie who is suffering from a rare wa genetic disease. we'll monitor that hearing and we'll have an update as soon as possible. >> this video is so incredible we wanted to show it to you. it happened a few days ago. a man in police custody this

surveillance camera caught it all so you can see it too. this video is new this morning. you can see a man leaving a car seat in a parking lot. the employees of the barber shop ran outside. when they looked inside the car seat they found an infant. the man had driven away. baby was okay at the time anyway. witnesses say he was very calm and he wasn't crying. the adults, though, who found him were pretty emotional. >> it's heartbreaking. it's very, very disturbing, he shouldn't get away with what he's done. and he should get behind the bars. >> reporter: well, police have made an arrest. father of the baby 18-year-old daniel mitchell of fairfield now faces four charges including child a band on the and possession of cocaine. placesy they found him when he was involved in a hiss and run accident in fairfield while they were still on the scene here. he was taken to the hospital, that's where he was interviewed
