>> boo! >> gotcha. >> this video is nothing but a series of images that show a journey of overcoming life's adversities. this is 22-year-old victoria spence. she's from manchester, and at one point in her life when she was 18 years old, she got down to 86 pounds. now, she at the time said she did it because she was in a professional dance college, and she felt pressured to be in the best physical shape for her audition, but she didn't realize that what she was doing was harming her, and people around her were aware. she ended up getting suspended from the school because she was falling asleep during the rehearsals. at one point she says she was running runni running10ks every single day and in 2014 she was diagnosed with anorexia but she didn't see it until she went to a beach

vacation and someone took a picture of her in her bikini. she saw the photo and says that was the turning point in her life. she started doing body building and while that was a change in her life, she says that even that wasn't exactly a healthy lifestyle change, and now she says she has stopped dieting all together and is now very much into fitness, and being healthy. >> any time you see a person that you love in crisis, you want to help them but something inside of her had to click for her to change and this is an amazing comeback. >> that is why she's sharing her jumpy y journey on social media and has been able to put this image out there, that is very beautiful and healthy that will hopefully help other girls get out of their eating disorder. >> i'm glad she's sharing her story. there's so much strength in that especially because she has the audience of young girls under so much pressure to look and be certain ways. this is inspiring. she was pregnant and sick. >> she had one wish. >> see what she wished for, next "right this minute."
