peadmont area of oakland. of the young women and men in the 20s. >> handed over small packets of drugs. get money. car drives away. 15 to 20 minutes later another car comes through. so continual traffic coming through here buying drugs from him. >> like drive through drugs. >> drive dlu drugs. >> this senior said she complained to building management. the company called satellite affordable housing associates. they were closed and no one answered the phone. >> we were told to talk to the police. >> residents alerted police and a carding to the east bay times authorities arrested the 68-year-old man and a. found cocaine, heroin and marijuana in his car and senior apartment.
