public as well. if you think it's going to end there, you're wrong, because that guy is really mad. he comes flying back out with a bat. here comes the pit bull again. couple of swings at the dog. >> and at this point the dog is now protecting its owner. this is all bad from beginning to end. >> did it break free of the leash? when he came in, his other dog was on the leash. >> no word whether the dog had been on a leash or not if. you look in the reverseage te a doesn't lookic the dog has collar or a leash at all. >> pit bulls get a bad rap but if that man is supposed to have it on the leash it's the owner's fault. d? was the guy injure how is the dog? >> the dog had injuries, he's going to be okay, some puncture wounds to its face, the pit bull missed its throat. little doggie here is going to recover. the owner was bitter as well. it's completely unnecessary, this shouldn't happen. just a little bit of responsibility on the part of the dog owner and all of this is

avoided. this couple was at central park and one of the things you can get is your portrait. they thought it would be cool if they got aone. we get a glimpse of what it is. do you see what this sketch is? he's down on one knee in the sketch, holding a box with the ring, with a bubble that says "will you marry me." watch the way johanna reacts. >> is the artist proposing to me, why he? >> i think she figures it out quite quickly when nicholas gets down on one knee right in front of her. she's in shock, does not expect this at all. in fact, they're both police officers, and they met while working in the force. >> sort of lock her down for a life sentence. >> i'm ready to grow old with you and love you for the rest of my life. >> they're dating for a while, they're in life and this is how he chose to propose. >> will you marry me? >> what i quite like about it as a way to do it, you've then got the picture to frame.
