rare painting that was stolen 31 years ago has been htthig rful painting is called oaker. back in 1985 a couple cut it out of its frame and stole it from the university of arizona museum of art in tucson. the thieves have never been caught. an antique dealer bought it at an estate sale and after doing some googling he contacted the university to see if it was authentic. a preliminary shows it is the painting and could be worth as much as $160 million. the dealer has returned it to the university and it will go back on public display next week. a new poll shows the growing concern over health care in the united states. roughly 25% of the respondents said health care was the most important issue in the nation. the economy was seen as the second most impnttaor
