the eclipse begins at 9:01, we're looking good, where we're have issues, say berkeley, san francisco, santa rosa with some cloud cover right now with that maximum eclipse happening at 10:15, we'll see a little bit of the cloud cover back to the coast, get afar away from the coast as you can to increase your chances for clear skies. >> thank you very much. the millions of people traveling to see monday's total eclipse, are nearly all in place tonight. towns up to five times the normal population. many people are camping where nasa says is the best place to do it. oregon transportation officials are camping in rural areas that animals are being on to roadways where they're being hit by cars and so crowded police can be the national guard, are directing traffic. scientists are reaching out to us to help them determine how it effects animals.
