possession. >> where is this? >> this happened in chihuahua in mexico. why are you making that face? >> because there is a lot of organized criminal activity there. it's a stronghold for cartels and kidnapping of officers is a frequent thing. >> yeah. and these guys are using so much fire power because they got to match the fire power coming back at them. this is no game. this is real life, real bullets. these guys are putting their lives on the line to save the lives of the three officers they know have been kidnapped. >> were they able to reclaim the officers? >> reports say the three officers were rescued somehow surprisingly uninjured in this whole situation. the clip of this gun battle was only a minute long. but you can see how intense it was. i don't know how they were able to manage getting these officers back alive. the entire gun battle did cost the life of one person though.

according to reports, the gang members split up and fled. police weren't able to arrest any of them but found a small arsenal inside two vehicles found on the property including guns and hundreds of rounds of ammunition. when a fox gets caught in a hen house, he's looking for a chicken dinner. but when a baby possum is caughe are turned. that is a tiny possum. they went outside to -- you get one grownup, a shovel. and you're thinking, a shovel? >> that's a little harsh. >> but it's a possum. those things can get kind of -- at times. >> only because they want to be left alone. >> it doesn't want to play dead because male chickens, not exactly friendly. as this possum discovered. this guy comes in with a shovel.

he's trying to use that shovel to pick up that possum. but it's like, you know what? i've already had an incident in here. i don't know what you're doing. but he gets it all of the shovel. it climbs off. trying to get away. he's like i don't want any of this. but he's finally able to get it onto the shovel. so the possum is rescued. it is out of the rooster house. i think, uh-oh, don't put it with the cat. >> the cat is like let me at him. >> i'm with the cat. y'all can play with the possum if you want to. but i've come face to face with these bad boys. it's not pretty. >> the guy puts it on the fence. then he gets up close to it. as he zooms in, he realizes that the possum did not escape unharmed. >> look at that face, you guys. that is the face of somebody who needs to find his mommy and i hope he does. and that's because your
