people scrambling for safety. >> i was going down the street. i saw a group of women and and d children. about a minute to 30 seconds after that, i started hearing gunshots. it was probably five to ten gunshots. one after another, one after another. >> the suspect is now in custody. >> he exited the vehicle brandishing two handguns. the uniform police officer assigned to the first precinct confronted the subject and shot him in the abdomen. >> emergency response officials are taking away victims on stretchers. authorities have name the suspect as 29-year-old sayfullo saipov from tampa, florida. they're responding to the act of terror. and right now, halloween is
