hit employee and threatened to kill him. officers say when they confronted him, got in physical fight and had to shoot. brother says he was suffering from mental illness but never violent. today the prosecution rested in kate steinle murder trial, shot and killed by undocumented immigrant with stolen gun on the waterfront two years ago. lyanne melendez joins us with today's testimony, included some show and tell. lyanne? >> i was calling it o.j. moment, prosecution tried to prove the gun could fit in the pockets of what the alleged shooter was wearing. this cell phone video shows what he was wearing when arrested. black jacket, t-shirt and two pairs of pants. prosecutor diana garcia asked

some customers say were made at locations for national fitness club that gave them lifetime memberships at fixed rate. >> michael finney broke this story this morning on abc7news.com. >> we've been looking into it for more than a year. 24 hour fitness has agreed to pay $1.2 million fine and provide restitution to potentially well over 100,000 members. 7 on your side investigation found annual membership dues were increased despite customers saying there were verbal promises that would never happen. shared the good news with some of the members. >> elated. i knew this was wrong. >> that's the reaction from sherry gordon, paid upfront fee of $545 and received verbal promise her annual membership fee of $69 would never be changed. james bailey joined to increase
