around 3:00. no word on the cause of the crash. >> if you ever use uber, listen up. a huge data breach. hackers stole the personal information of 57 million customers and drivers. uber says it happened in october of last year but it is just now alerting the public. the data includes the names, e-mails. they stole personal information of about 7 million drivers. no social security or credit card numbers were compromised. two employees in charge of responding to the incident have since been fired. as thanksgiving gets closer, there are growing concerns about travel. a beautiful day across the bay area.

the temperatures at 2:00 p.m. will be 72 or higher. 74 in livermore and san jose. then into the evening hours. the clouds will increase but it will be dry and pleasant. you might wonder how close will we come to record highs? here's a look at tomorrow's highs. compared with the existing records. livermore will probably fall six degrees shy of the record. gilroy will be close. 77 high tomorrow. the record high for the date, 79. it looks like oakland, san francisco and napa will fall well short of the records. it will be showery and a bit wet. the rest state will be dry.

the kate steinle murder trial is now in the hands of the jury. deliberations gab after closing arguments this morning. it wrapped up only a few minutes ago. they'll be back to decide if the suspect is guilty in the murder on pier 14 back in 2015. world news tonight tweeted this

suspects and were able to obtain all three. a richmond police officer is recovering from injuries after a crash on interstate 80. sky 7 flew over the carson boulevard they said the mercedes sideswiped the patrol officer. the officer was taken to the hospital and is expected to be okay. he is corroborating with authorities and all lanes have been retired. the fbi is conductsing an investigation saying it is too early to tell what happened there. >> the fbi will not say if two border patrol agents were the victims of an attack or an accident. the agent died from his injuries. his partner whose name has not been released remains in critical but stable condition.
