and several buildings. a few residential homes remain without power. officials are urging drivers to avoid the yarl. you can see it is causing a lot of back-up. sky 7 was above the scene. the 7-year-old child suffered serious injuries. the baby's mother was also hurt. the driver remained at the scene. alcohol and drugs are not believed to be a factor. for the second time in less than a month, somebody used an elementary school in the south bay for target practice. abc7 news was in willow glen where bullet holes riddled the books. someone shot up the school and the surveillance camera.

say he was a minor player in the scheme allegedly organized by russian intelligence officers. three russians are also accused of federal indictment. they said he hired them to hack 80 e-mail accounts but he said he hacked only eight of they will. sne didn't have knowledge of who they were or what they were doing. he didn't have knowledge that he was given. that information wasn't derive from the yahoo! hack. >> he pleaded guilty to commit computer fraud and eight count of aggravated identity theft. sentencing is scheduled for february. he faces a maximum of about nine years in prison. >> city officials or state officials claim small cracks in the brand new concrete spillway pose no threats to the public. this comes as they need to be

>> there are yellow zones too that don't get used. jonathan bloom. abc7 news. bay area music fans can raise money for north bay fire victims when a second band concert takes place next month. this follows the concert at at&t park earlier this month featuring metallica bands. the red hot chilly peoplers will take place at the bill graham auditorium. a special tribute to the fire victims at the san francisco symphony. dozens of 18-foot tall christmas trees have been brought in to transform davies symphony hall into an extravaganza. they have sponsored one of the trees in honor of those who lost their homes in the fires. each ornament represents a contribution to fire relief efforts. >> i can't imagine how devastating it is.
