charges. under arrest for the 1995 kidnapping of christine. she was walking hem when he and two other men pulled her into a van. >> it's very scary. unusual thing to happen in this neighborhood. usually very quiet, nothing like that happens. >> reporter: debbie lives next to the house where the choos lived and they tried to extort $800,000 from her businessman father and dropped the ransom plan when they learned her parents weren't even home but in taiwan. they left her. >> they moved soon after the incident, not here very long, a very brief period of time. as an outcome of this there is always a police present now at drop-off and pickup at school from then on. >> lynn is the second to face

charges, the other sentenced a few years ago. they matched his picture to a wanted photo from 1995. he is being held at the jail in redwood city. >> new at 11:00, take a good look. the alameda sheriff's office says 77-year-old roberto ramirez went missing today after going to church and is an at risk patient using a wheelchair. police followed clues of a deadly shooting at a shopping center. the name has not been released. the shooter sped away in a car and no arrests been made. overnight temperatures in some parts of the bay area will drop below freezing and we're hovering at 32 degrees in a few
