some feel they were left out. live in chinatown about the criticism and what one speaker said today. >> there's already a few hundred people here. a lot of the people, specifically if chinatown, felt secluded from his public memorial service and they're upset that one of the speakers used the word, squinty eyes to describe the late mayor. at the memorial for ed lee, the chief of protocol, recalled his infectious laugh. >> he had a wonderful laugh with the squinty eyes and the wonderful smile. >> those words have insulted many. >> i was shocked. i said, am i hearing it
