listen for the screech, it does get a few people's attention. like the guy with the scooter on the right there. he looks to the right and you see him start to try and back pedal a bit. not quite enough. >> how's that person on the front moped? >> she was hit, but she did not suffer any serious injuries. in fact, the only person that suffered serious injuries is the driver of the truck. reports he was going 60 miles per hour. nobody else in any of those cars were injured seriously. time for another rapid clenching. look, this guy got it lucky, and i'm going to show you how lucky, because he goes underneath the truck. nearby witnesses come running to help this guy out. as they look under the truck for our victim, they can't find him, because he's walking it off already. he bumps into the tire, wraps around it. looks like the tire instead of

rolling over his legs, pushes him out of the way somehow before anybody could get to him, he was pulling himself out the other side of the truck dazed and confused. >> it's because of donations from average people that this rescue is made. here we are in india. animal aid unlimited has been called in because of this poor street dog. they've named him robert. poor robert can't move his back legs. as you can see, robert here is trying to sit up, but can't fully like a dog normally would. you can see he's got a bad injury on his back. they are worried this spinal injury may leave him unable to move the back legs, so they immediately jump into the rescue. they cover him up and they carry him back to their center, because they are going to treat him as best as they can. >> that's a severe injury. his entire back is exposed. >> hole in his back. looks like it's festering and

full of bugs and stuff. >> do they know how that happened? >> they think he may have been hit by a vehicle. all they know is they have to do the best they can. they are this is going to take many weeks of bedrest for this dog. but watch what happens a few weeks later. he's taking his very first steps. >> they don't give up on these animals, not at all. there's a lot of hard work they are putting into these rescues. >> you're absolutely right, nick. >> he's wobbly, though. >> seven weeks later, there he is. >> he's just got more swagger now. >> he's high stepping. >> pep in his step. >> there you see robert, he's made a significant recovery from what he looked like when they first brought him in. he just needed some tender loving care. and some kisses, apparently. >> if you can't quite make it to
