we are cooler than this hour yesterday. the forecast today calls for the 30s and the 40s for the 7:00 hour. 50s by noontime. mostly cloudy skies, upper 50s to near 60. and we have many advisories to pass along to you, carolyn. we have a flood watch, wind advisory, and we'll talk about it in a couple minutes. >> a lot going on. thank you, lisa. developing news out of fairfield this morning where the search is on for a gunman who open oed fire on an east freeway leaving one man with life-threatening wounds and injuring poli other /* this led to the closure of freeway ramps for hours. stephanie wilson has the details. >> we don't know if it was an exchange of gunfire or not.

the victim was in a silver honda accord and the shooter pulled up next to him. >> reporter: the driver was hit multiple times and the other driver drove off. >> the driver was incapacitated and collided into other cars. >> first he crashed into this suv and then this car. >> he was somewhat coherent and is at the hospital now. >> reporter: the lieutenant says the driver is in critical condition. a total of seven other people were in the other two vehicles, some of them were injured as well. >> hospital. we just have some information there were a couple other vehicles that fell victim to the collision that were no longer unseen when our others arrives. so we're asking especially those drivers to give us a call. >> reporter: police are

reviewing nearby surveillance cameras hoping to identify the suspect's vehicles. in fairfield, tiffany wilson, abc 7 news. a man from the los angeles area is facing charges after investigators say he planted a camera inside a mill valley home to peep on a boy. this picture was tweeted of 32-year-old marcus alan williams being taken into custody friday night at san francisco international airport. we are told he's and friend of the boy's family and was on his way to visit them. the boy's mother found the cameras as well as images on it last week and called the sheriff's office. the investigators say williams was previously a guest at the home and now they are trying to determine if there are more victims. the owner and founder of san francisco's four barrel country club has agreed to check but carnival reports that eight beloved employees filed lawsuit

the areas of fog this morning, cloudy skies this afternoon with a few peeks of sun. heavy rain is the possibility of some flooding. and we do have a winded a surprisery as well. it is what we are looking at all very commute tomorrow for the entire say. so let's take you through it hour by:00 in the morning, you can see the heavy rain offshore. the morning commute, 5:00, look at the yellow down the peninsula. right on through about 9:30 in the morning. still the pounding rain in the north bay. then by 3:00, another wave of still more heavy rain.

11 degrees colder than we were yesterday at this hour. so there's emeryville, you can kind of see the fog in the distance there. we are looking at the 30s and 40s through 7:00, even 8:00. then by noontime, the low 50s, lots of cloud cover. we'll be dry today with temperatures in the upper 50s to near 60. a dry evening, but i want to pass wind advisory from noon until 6:00 on tuesday. a couple days of heavy rain. we'll see it more about it coming up. and pharmacies are running out of ways to treat it and the emergency rooms are packed. they are urging that you don't go to the hospital how

a lot of doppler radio is less than a have mile from three miles here. the big news is two storm systems coming together. you can see the one on the top of the screen. a second one here on the bottom. these will merge to bring heavy rain to the bay area tomorrow. 46 right now in concord. 45 in hayward and 48 in the city. we bring in the storm impact scale. it's a 3. i think we have had three threes in the past year or two. and we're looking at not only strong storms, but overnight tonight while you're sleeping, the rain begins. but the monday morning commute, check it out. you have heavy rain throughout the entire bay area at 5:00.

then through 9:00 in the morning, waves of heavy rain move in by the afternoon. this is the time the national weather service put in a flood advisory. the reason being, rain rates could be a half inch to an hour. that means we could get ponding on the roadways. here's the flood watch from monday afternoon through sonoma. the burn scar areas are within the realm here. and we still have rain for the morning commute. the afternoon is slowly beginning to dissipate. and by 4:00, we're looking at scattered showers. so about a day and a half of that with rainfall amounts anywhere from 2 1/2 inches in novato to up to 3 inches in north bay. an inch and a half in hayward. 2 inches in half-moon bay and an inch and three quarters in liver
