steinle murder case again today. man accused of accidentally shooting her in federal court. >> reporter: for starters man facing charges at federal level surprised everyone stating a different name. court documents show that garcia zarate has used several aliases. >> convicted a number of times of re-entry, had different identities. >> dominguez aparra was used in texas where he served time for unlaufl entry. brought to salz on pending drug case. but then released. >> when released incumbent upon him to report to the texas probation department within 72
