we're in the low 50s, clouds over taking much of the bay area. a few peaks of sun in the south bay. rain arriving in the afternoon at the north bay. in the over night hours everyone sees or hears it tonight. and with even a few couple of dry days before a stronger system heads our way midweek? >> thank you lisa. this morning san francisco police wants to know why a car careens a sidewalk. carlos has more on yet easter phii yesterday's -- terrifying moments. >> video captured on cellphones shows the horrifying mommies as people trying to get out of the path of the moving van. and some running after it. >> people were trying to open the door and trying to get the driver out not responding and
