. university of california students won't have to worry about a tuition hike. many believed that it was a done deal and going to abc7 reporter lyanne melendez lz reports. >> reporter: brown has allocated only a 3% increase for the ucs in his proposed state budget. >> may have to increase tuition. but sacramento is not being responsible. >> reporter: this boils down to a $342 a year jump in tuition and student fees. student's tuition would go up

this storm ranks two on the impact scale. periods of rain with some locally heavy downpours and we will see .30 pockets of shower coming in behind the bulk of the rainfall. cold air spills in through the overnight hours. destabilize the atmosphere and contribute to the possibility of some thunder mixing in with the scattered showers tomorrow morning and afternoon and produce some small hailstorms. overnight lows will be mainly in the low 40s near the coast and bay. lose will drop into the upper 30s. i talked about the cold

22 people overall killed. started when taliban militants in suicide vests stormed the hotel on saturday. one of the american victims has been identified as a former journalist and ceo of an american company. the president is expected to deliver a message about u.s. investment and cooperation on national security issues. he will deliver a keynote address to the forum on friday. expected to meet with other world leaders. before leaving for europe, the president again reiterated to reporters there had been no collusion between his campaign and russia. the president also said he looks forward to speaking with special counsel robert mueller and would be willing to do so under oath.
