thursday. surveillance shows two men wearing hoodies exit a parked sedan and smash a window and grab a bag. what they didn't know was three undercover san francisco police officers were watching them. the officers move in to make arrests and tackle one of the suspects to the ground. >> reporter: while the officer was taking the remaining suspect into custody, subsequently striking the officer and his accomperous that were down on the ground. >> reporter: the driver then pulls forward and hits them again. all three suspects were arrested and face felony charges for attempted homicide. meanwhile, the police officers association is criticizing the use of force policy which prohibits officers from firing at a suspect in a moving a vehicle. a family is in mourning tonight after a missing dog was
