we're back with this image from the deadly earthquake in taiwan. an apartment building nearly laying on its side there if you can make it out. you can see dozens of people have been rescued from there and two workers trapped inside a hotel have also been found. and china is offering to help neighboring taiwan search for victims of the powerful earthquake. 59 least four people are confirmed dead. as many as 80 others are still missing. the 6.4 magnitude quake left dozens of buildings unstable as you saw in eastern taiwan. the force caused some structures to shift on their foundations, residents packed into shelters including a new baseball stadium. taiwan's president has promised every effort will be made to search for survivors. the national weather service is disputing claims that it's to blame for a bogus zeuner warning. here's a look at the message appeared on accuweather's phone app yesterday.
