spots. let's go to oakland first. we had roadwork northbound 880 near 23rd and then apparently there was an accident within that roadwork area and you have a couple of lanes blocked out. tow truck just on scene here. we're seeing minor slowing through that area. the connector ramp from westbound 24 to 580. an accident in the curve there, which is a really bad spot. we're going to try to get the tow trucks or they are going to try to get the tows on scene to get it out of there. happening this morning, the prime minister is coming to town. >> when we say the prime minister, we mean the prime minister, the canadian one greeted like a rock star in so many places, including the offices in some of the biggest names in tech. amy hollyfield at sfo for the arrival of justin trudeau. amy? >> reporter: good morning, reggie. he's going to arrive at sfo at 9:30 this morning. this is the second leg of his u.s. trip. he will be arriving here from chicago. he has a full day of meetings

in connection with a deadly san jose shooting. that happened early tuesday on key street near 7th. the boy was in a car seen driving away from the area. they stopped the vehicle, arrested him a short time later. the victim is identified as a man but his name not released. no motive has been given for the shooting. >> the search is on for two people for -- a member of the police department shared the photos. you can see the graffiti on the side of the memorial hall. two male suspects have been tagging the same wall between midnight and 3:00 a.m. one on the corner as a lookout and they've been seen in a gold or champagne colored honda. a meeting in sacramento to discuss the expansion of oil drilling off the california coast. opponents say they're going to be there to protest. the trump administration has announced plans to open nearly all offshore waters to oil and gas drichlgt state officials are opposed. they also say the public hasn't
