city college of san francisco has not received any funding for its program that provides free tuition to all city residents. the chronicle reports the college is short more than $4 million. city officials say they have not received any suitable invoices from city college that satisfies the requirements it agreed to when the free tuition program was announced last year. the city college spokesman says determining the correct charges is complicated. they represent routine challenges for a pilot program affecting thousands of students. oprah winfrey taking the moral high ground. >> jimmy kimmel asked if she thought about responding to the recent tweet of her. the president called her insecure after watching her interview on 60 minutes. he said her questions buys add and slanted and facts incorrect. her reference to run for president in 2020, he hopes that

be enough to help us. i'll have that coming up next. mike, thank you. happening today, convicted former pharmaceutical ceo martin shkreli due back in court on whether or not they will seize his assets. he's accused of cheating investors in a pair of failed hedge funds. shkreli is on the hook for more than $7 million. his lawyers argue he owes nothing because investors did not lose the money. shkreli was dubbed pharma bro after increasing the price of a drug -- stealing the unicycle of a popular nba halftime performer named the red panda. this is a video from sfo. you can see a man taking bags off the carousel at the airport. the 7 foot tall unicycle is estimated to be worth $25,000. police are hoping to identify the man in this video. the warriors have stepped up to say they're going to help replace red panda's unicycle.
