mid 50s noontime. less wind, more sun and late in the day, increase in clouds. we have a system coming our way to bring us rain for the monday morning commute. and the rest of the week impressive. we'll talk about rain totals and snow in a few moments. developing news. i.c.e. raids from the mayor of one of the bay area's biggest cities libby schaaf. starting opioid -- >> raiding 77 businesses in san francisco, san jose and sacramento. looking for illegal workingers. demanding -- in her statement, schaaf reiterated that oakland police would not participate in

students returning to stone man douglas high school this wednesday on a modified sed wall. calling this a week of transition following the shooting that left 17 people dead. investigators looking for accusations that three more deputies wait outside the school during the attack. here in the bay area, he is -- in this mass murder vowing that under similar circumstances, his department will act. abc 7 mornings news reporter katey has the story. >> reporter: failed to act during the shooting in parkland florida. adam mcgill tweeted in part since columbine in 1999 our training is to stop the killing and engage the suspect immediately. >> if there is killing to stop

we have one to two fires a day and when you respond together and you put your lives on the line, you do have to surround yourself with experts. and for us the expert in gas and electric is pg&e. we run about 2,500/2,800 fire calls a year and on almost every one of those calls pg&e is responding to that call as well. and so when we show up to a fire and pg&e shows up with us it makes a tremendous team during a moment of crisis. i rely on them, the firefighters in this department rely on them, and so we have to practice safety everyday. utilizing pg&e's talent and expertise in that area trains our firefighters on the gas or electric aspect of a fire and when we have an emergency situation we are going to be much more skilled and prepared to mitigate that emergency for all concerned.

>> saw more of them lately. a voice on the other end directing them to buy thousands of dollars in best buy gift cards. >> for us it is a red flag. >> reporter: targets of the granny scam. pretending to be a loved unone in trouble and needing money right away. >> employees show this fact sheet describing the scam. >> they are very surprised and brings them back to earth in some ways. >> reporter: they -- it saved victims and earned this award from san mateo county sheriff who said best buy's sense of responsibility and -- like those of dan, kevin and carolyn. >> it is a rotten scam.
