back now to breaking news outside san francisco. sky 7 is live over the scene of an officer involved the intersection of mission and geneva. >> sfpd confirms one of their officers was shot, we do not know what led up to this shooting. sfpd just tweeted asking people to avoid that area until further notice. >> and this is all indeed happening near geneva and mission street. and muni has confirmed to us that several transit lines are become rerouted right now for the investigation. >> let's go back quickly to sky 7, give you one more look at this over mission and geneva avenue, one police officer shot, we don't know the extent of that injury or if anyone else was shot as well.

and winds will be gusting 20 to 30 miles an hour. just some moderate showers, the rainfall begins to increase in coverage with the south bay getting hit hurt in the late night hours. right around the south bay, pockets of moderate rain, this trend carries over and it is only going to intensify between 8:00 a.m. and you will notice 9:00 a.m. could see an isolated thunderstorm or two, definitely seeing thunderstorms at that time. noontime the rain shifts over to scattered showers and scattered showers continuethrou through t evening hours, because they're just going to be scattered showers in nature, can't rule out the possibility of a thunderstorm then. additional rainfall, the highest in the santa cruz mountains, could see up to a third inch in santa rosa. isolated thunder risk is there for the east bay and south bay, best possibility tomorrow.
