police near chicago are are crediting a good samaritan from saving a driver from the burning car. jose martinez pulled the man from the car before another bystander and police stepped in. the driver was under the influence and is facing several traffic offenses. he was treated for burns and other injuries. but police say he's alive because of martinez. a jury of seven men and five women have been seated in bill cosby's trial. this after a dispute over the jury's racial makeup. the lawyers claim the prosecution objected the inclusion of a black woman because of her race. two of the 12 jurors are are black, the rest are white.

the final shooting victim from stoneman douglas high school has been released from the high school. 15-year-old anthony was shot five times as he shielded class meats during the valentine's day rampage that killed 17 people. his attorney described the boy as still shell shocked, still in need of physical therapy and treatment for post traumatic stress disorder. >> understandably so. and to the football star who may have helped prevent a school shooting after discovering a threatening comment on his instagram account. >> julian edelman reported the threat to police and took action. here is linsey davis. >> reporter: he's known for his quick feet on the field. now he's being praised for his quick thinking which may have thwarted another school shooting. it started with a comment on his instagram account threatening to shoot up a school. i'm going to shoot my school up, watch the news. the new england patriots wide

city blocks before they arrive at their call destinations. officers who fail to activate their body cameras may face a week long suspension or termination. a new video emerged in the case of the mysterious suv crash that killed a family in northern california. police believe the surveillance camera caught one of the parents buying groceries hours before driving off the cliff. they're looking into reports that she drove intentionally off the cliff, killing her, her wife and three children. and forget snow days. classes are canceled at villanueva university so they can attend victory parade for the benefit's basketball win. tens of thousands of fans are expected along the parade route and at a city hall rally today. >> they'll be a lot more polite than folks were in england.

police in illinois arrested a woman they are calling one of the worst dui offenders in the united states. they say they found her at a gas station where witnesses say she had been trying to fill her car with kerosene, rather than gasoline. she has outstanding warrants from three states and six prior dui arrests out of six states. and a jury has delivered of a mysterious death at a mansion. >> the jury has disagreed. we have the story. >> i'm in shock. >> reporter: he hung his head while the verdict was read. >> it's been a long time. >> reporter: outside, almost

was killed in the crash. the accident occurred at the air force base. an investigation is underway. this is the third crash involving a military aircraft in the past two days. one involved the superstallion chopper that went down in california near the mexican border. the bodies of four marines have been recovered from that crash sight. the cause of the crash is also under investigation. delta airlines says it's the victim of a data breach. the airline telling customers the incident involved a chat service provider it uses frequently. delta says a small number of customer's payment information was exposed during a two week period from late september to october of last year. it claims no other personal details like passport information was affected. delta says passengers won't be responsible if their information was used to make fraudulent purchases. and the facebook ceo mark zuckerberg will face two days of questioning on capitol hill next week. he is going to appear before senators on tuesday and the house committee will ask questions about the data breach
