i'm spencer christian with a live accuweather update. doppler 7 shows rain in the north bay. we've had reports of flooding from the north bay down to marin county, sonoma to marin. meanwhile a flood watch is still in effect until 11:00 tomorrow morning. periods of heavy rain could produce flooding on roads, streams and debris as well. heavy to moderate rain will be falling across much of the north bay. not much is happening in the south bay that hour. at 6:00 p.m., going through the evening, we'll see rain moving through the entire bay area continuing late tonight overnight into early tomorrow morning before it finally tapers off. i'll have a complete look at
