capp street. police say two men and a woman approached the teen in her car. the men jupd out and demanded she got inside. she complied when she saw one had a gun. she was able to escape. the female suspect and one male suspect were arrested. just two hours earlier and not very far away, two men and two women approached a 19-year-old woman and dragged her spoke a car. she was also able to escape. police are saying these two incidents are not connected. >> san francisco city attorney is looking into legal action to protect people on city sidewalks after several complaints of electric skoolters that appear all over time it is illegal to ride scooters on sidewalks. they are working with the supervisor on regulation for the two-wheelers. right now the agency can't really do anything because scooters are not specifically mentioned in any city ordinances. line bike, bird lease them to

from the live desk we're tracking this plane crash in arizona. we told you about this earlier in the show. we just got this live picture down. this is all happening in scottsdale. can you see first responders on the ground at this golf course. the yellow tarp is out. unfortunately we heard all six people on board this flight were killed. the small plane went down last night. can you see the fire as it burned. no one was on the ground and got hurt at the time. the faa said the plane had just taken off from scottsdale airport. authorities do not know where it was headed at the time. >> some new details in a crash along sonoma county coast. highway patrol investigating whether a driver drove her car off the cliff near bodega bay. >> they captured the scene. the vehicle plunged more than 100 feet off highway 1. they found a woman and dog alive. they were able to hall her up

the cliff. the woman was in critical condition. investigators said they found now indication it was an accident. a five-year legal battle with a firefighter found guilty of driving drunk on the job. a misdemeanor count of delaying or obstructing arrest. he received two years probation. in 2015 he drove a fire truck through a red light and hit a motorcyclist. prosecutors dropped dui charges after the judge threw out blood evidence. they reported at the time quinn was seen on surveillance video chugging water after the crash. he also left the scene and disappeared two hours before arriving back at the station house. a hardware failure is to plame for january's loss of space ex's zuma satellite. this school district will have school today, classes all over the bay area today. the school district impacted the most and took the most action was emeryville. emeryville canceled classes yesterday. that's because emeryville saw the e-mail first sunday night and decided to cancel classes yesterday out of caution. other e-mails got it early monday morning after spring brach. by then it was determined it was a hoax. emeryville says canceling school was the right decision at the time. the parents we taunlgd to said they sta -- talked to stand by the decision. >> just to make sure they are safe. if i'm dropping my kids off at school and they are going to spend six or seven, i want to make sure they are safe pr there's been too many instances of agencies >> schools from sonoma county to

he said he was attacked and stabbed in his 30s. at that time, no one came to help him. a man shot and killed in richmond. police trying to find who did it. it happened near hartnett and crescent park. no one in custody. this the second murder in richmond in the last week. a 20-year-old man died in another shooting on saturday. before that police were touting how there were no homicides in the city since november. new developments following deadly shooting of stephon clark in sacramento. police officers have been ordered to keep their body cameras and microphones on. according to sacramento, they cannot deactivate or mute cameras until investigative activity ended. this comes after footage of officers muting minutes of footage after the shooting leading to distrust between the department and community. new details concerning redevelopment at san francisco hunter's point naval shipyard. they have found more falsified soil test force two lots slated

into the north bay low- to mid-60s. here is a look. you notice the biggest swirling mass of clouds as well to our north. we've got two small areas of low pressure that just don't have a lot of energy, just not a lot of moisture. so from 9:00 barely into the north bay by noon, starting to move into the bay. you can see by about 4:00 it's already starting to head through the south bay. by 7:00 it's over. in the gray you see those are the clouds starting to break up for our evening sunset. overnight it's clear most of the night. that's why it's going to be 10 to 15 cooler tomorrow morning. 4:00 tomorrow afternoon light to moderate, green to yellow up in the north bay. 7:00 it's already in the bay. by 10:00 it's exiting. then we'll have a chance of scattered showers mainly up across lake and mendocino counties, maybe northern napa and sonoma, that's why we're going to keep a one on the scale for thursday. for today, maybe up to .1" rain, tomorrow .2 south bay, a third
