an incredible scene at montara state beach after minivan plunged 137 feet down a steep cliff. right into the ocean. 38-year-old man just clinging to the rocks as waves crash overham, he was inside that vehicle driving along highway 101 around 8:00 a.m. when it happened. first responders rappelled down the cliff and pulled him to safe. >> hypothermic from being in the water and down there, claimed not to have any major injuries.
