former 49er aldon smith is being transferred to an inpatient substance center. he was taken into custody friday. the district attorney's office says the order for smith to stay in custody this rehab has no end date. his next court date is scheduled for may 3. palo alto police are asking for help in finding a man who they say robbed bank yesterday. this is surveillance photo of the suspect dressed like a construction worker. police say he walked into comerica bank at around 5:00 p.m., went up to a teller, lifted his shirt revealing what

this program will get them to zero. in san francisco, lyanne melendez, abc accept n 7 news. dramatic scene after a minivan plunged 137 feet down a steep cliff and into the ocean. the 38-year-old man you see clinging to the rocks as the waves crash over him was inside that vehicle driving along highway 1 yesterday morning when it happened. first responders rappelled down the cliff to harness the man and pull him back up. >> hypothermic from being in the water. he was able to extricate himself, he claimed not to have any major injuries. >> chp says the man, a tourist from asia, was taken to the hospital with nonlife threatening injuries. investigating are investigating the cause of the crash. lewis says doctors believe that he has a disorder of the inner ear and he lost most of
