they can block sidewalks, they want to don't regulations similar to san francisco. sean hannity, in a shocker it came out he is michael cohen's mystery client. >> here is the story. >> good morning. just last week sean hannity was blasting those raids on michael cohen. in the courtroom yesterday there were audible gasps when it was revealed hannity was cohen's mystery client. at the center of a surprise twist, a legal fight involving president trump's personal lawyer michael cohen. hannity is one of three on cohen's client list. on fox news he explained his relationship with cohen. >> michael cohen never represented me in any legal matter. i did have occasional brief conversations with michael cohen. my questions almost exclusively focused on real estate. >> last week cohen was target of

fbi raid that seize add host of documents including some possibly related to cohen's $130,000 hush payment to adult film star stormy daniels days before the 2016 election. cohen's attorney called the raids unprecedented arguing against having a separate team of prosecutors do through materials to decide what's privileged and what can be examined by investigators. but a judge rejected that request. prosecutors will put seized documents in the searchable database but not review material. that database will be provided to lawyers for the president and cohen and the parties will meet again in court in a few weeks. abc news washington. police arrested two people accused of manslaughter and child endangerment. they are in custody after police responded to a medical call on vallejo street. the victim was a 16-year-old who died at the hospital of a drug overdose.

the two were under the influence and knew he was suffering from an overdose but did not call for help. the victim's friend called for help. >> they are looking for two men had beat and sexually assaulted a woman after she got into a car in san francisco she thought was part of a ride sharing service. the attackers picked her up outside of bruno's bar and left her injured. she was found at a safe way on napa street. this is a reminder to take precautions. >> yes. i have them give me my name. if they don't know my name, obviously they aren't pick meeting up. >> i always look at the last few numbers or letters of the license plate and make sure i'm getting in the right car. >> authorities have very few clues to go on. they are asking for the public's help to find the two suspects. search crews in mendocino county have recovered all the remains of a family swept away in the river. the family was heading home to southern california after a trip to oregon. they were supposed to make a

stop in san jose about a week and a half ago but their car went into a flooded river. search crews had located the bodies of the parents and their daughter. the body of the son was found yesterday. chp is still investigating the cause of the crash. taxing gun owners to pay for security at california schools. that's the idea sacramento lawmakers are now debating. the proposal includes a tax on gun and ammunition purchases. it would require junior and high school to have one counselor. counselors would deal with issues like bullying and identify kids who need help. >> talk to educators. they see a lot of kids that are troubled -- potential of having problems down the road. if we can intervene earlier with them and help them, it goes a longways. >> gun rights advocates say the bill unfairly targets law abiding gun owners. >> happening today sonoma county will decide whether to extend state of emergency following october wildfires. the county is recovering from the deadly firestorm. today the deadly supervisors

roads green, good, dry again. ferry, lighter breezes today and cool this morning and mild for mass transit this afternoon. here is a look at north bay starting off around 40 at 8:00, 48 at 10:00, 56 at noon, hang out low 60s for the better part of the afternoon hours. a few high clouds in the sunset. i'm sure they would love to see pictures #abc 7 now. mid-60s 1:00 through 5:00 and back down to 58 by 2:00. temperatures tonight going to be chilly once again. low to upper 40s just not quite as cold as this morning. another chance of rain on the way. we'll talk about it next. here is alexis. >> new this morning overnight roadwork starting to slow you down in the east bay. take a look at traffic maps northbound 880. all lanes closed between 23rd and 29th. can you see that red approaching that area. they are hoping to have this done by 5:00 this morning. i'm hopeful we'll have at least

one lane open before that. in the meantime surface streets or 580 for alternative as long as you're not in a big rig. a rollover on eastbound 580 past dutton in san leandro area blocking left lane and emergency crews arriving on the scene. we'll keep a close eye on that one. that's counter-commute so i don't think it will cause a back-up. quick check of bay bridge toll plaza, stack up in cash lanes but no metering. that should happen around 5:30. next traffic in about 10 minutes. trouble brewing at starbucks. what the company is saying about the store involved in a controversial arrest as news of a similar incident here in california comes to light. >> physically i feel like it's the wrong thing to do. >> the
