fbi raid that seize add host of documents including some possibly related to cohen's $130,000 hush payment to adult film star stormy daniels days before the 2016 election. cohen's attorney called the raids unprecedented arguing against having a separate team of prosecutors do through materials to decide what's privileged and what can be examined by investigators. but a judge rejected that request. prosecutors will put seized documents in the searchable database but not review material. that database will be provided to lawyers for the president and cohen and the parties will meet again in court in a few weeks. abc news washington. police arrested two people accused of manslaughter and child endangerment. they are in custody after police responded to a medical call on vallejo street. the victim was a 16-year-old who died at the hospital of a drug overdose.

the two were under the influence and knew he was suffering from an overdose but did not call for help. the victim's friend called for help. >> they are looking for two men had beat and sexually assaulted a woman after she got into a car in san francisco she thought was part of a ride sharing service. the attackers picked her up outside of bruno's bar and left her injured. she was found at a safe way on napa street. this is a reminder to take precautions. >> yes. i have them give me my name. if they don't know my name, obviously they aren't pick meeting up. >> i always look at the last few numbers or letters of the license plate and make sure i'm getting in the right car. >> authorities have very few clues to go on. they are asking for the public's help to find the two suspects. search crews in mendocino county have recovered all the remains of a family swept away in the river. the family was heading home to southern california after a trip to oregon. they were supposed to make a

stop in san jose about a week and a half ago but their car went into a flooded river. search crews had located the bodies of the parents and their daughter. the body of the son was found yesterday. chp is still investigating the cause of the crash. taxing gun owners to pay for security at california schools. that's the idea sacramento lawmakers are now debating. the proposal includes a tax on gun and ammunition purchases. it would require junior and high school to have one counselor. counselors would deal with issues like bullying and identify kids who need help. >> talk to educators. they see a lot of kids that are troubled -- potential of having problems down the road. if we can intervene earlier with them and help them, it goes a longways. >> gun rights advocates say the bill unfairly targets law abiding gun owners. >> happening today sonoma county will decide whether to extend state of emergency following october wildfires. the county is recovering from the deadly firestorm. today the deadly supervisors
