later on in sports. a san francisco teenager is expected to be released from the hospital tomorrow after nearly having a finger bitten off in a pit bull attack. 15-year-old luis cisneros. he suffered punctured wounds to his hands, arms and legs. he will have to go through a series of injections if police don't find the dog and determine if the animal had rabies. vta will test around the clock and trains could run up to 20 hours total per day. the transit agency has put up sound walls and triple pane windows near the tracks. hopes to have the testing done
