the moment when the victim made her inside the ground. you can see her on the ground and the attempted robber who appears to have a gun in his hand. grace mosier lives on the same floor as the victim and said after the man threatened her she ran, but he caught up, once she got to the door she got her jacket and tennis racket. as those fell off her back, she made it inside to safety. according to the victim the man threatened her with a gun. >> something along the line of give me your stuff, i have a gun basically. so she said her first reaction was just to take off. >> reporter: police describe the attempted robber as a light skin man in his 20s, short hair, possibly corn rows. wearing a black hoodie, acid wash jeans and carried a black handgun in his left hand. >> katey, thanks. the crime camera helped locate a

car stolen from san jose. it alerted officers to a honda accord taken yesterday. also in the car a 15-year-old female passenger who had been reported missing. she's been reunited with her parents. two teen boys also in the car were released to their parents without any charges. a livermore man stealing a car during a test drive. now, he never returned. the officers tracked him down. you see him on the sidewalk there. he'll face several charges. indebate over tazers continues to be a hot button issues in san francisco. this time it's about a ballot measure that will go before voters in june. alissa, harrington is live where some supporters of proposition 8 are out trying to get votes. alissa? >> reporter: that's right. well, san francisco voters in

june will decide whether to overturn with a less restrictive policy pushed by the police union. either way officers will be equipped with tacesers startingt the end of the year. they canvassed the west portal neighborhood, handed out fliers and talked to residents. they're hoping to drum up support for proposition 8, which would also institute a policy that could not be changed again without another vote. the police commission just adopted its own policy back in march. i spoke with a sergeant who patrols the bay view. she said prop 8 would protect the city. but one outspoken advocate calls the tools dangerous. >> as a female officer i want every tool at my disposal so i can go home. and if having this taser means i

can do my job safely then that's what i want. >> i'm certain if we get tasers they're more likely to be used on people of color, on homeless people, more likely to be used by the same people currently being shot by sfpd and i don't support that. >> reporter: voters will make a decision on june 5th. we did reach out to the mayor's office and the police commissioner but have not heard back at this time. oakland residents teamed up for an annual disaster preparedness drill this morning. the 13th annual core exercise brought residents, first responders and city officials together to get everyone on the same page when disaster strikes. the public education program was established in 1990 following a 1989 earthquake. drills have been taking place

steve kerr met with the media a short time ago and knew the question was coming and answered quickly. steph curry will not play in round one. he's been out since march 23rd with an acl sprain. kerr said curry's knee responded well and that curry felt good this morning. it didn't matter. the head coach already made up his mind. >> just made the decision on giving him an extra few days and the fact he only scrimmaged yesterday. so when you've been out five weeks you want to play in the playoffs, i don't think one scrimmage is enough. even though he feels great, wants to play and pleaded his case. but we're going to sit him tonight and very likely to play in game two.

after being blown out in game one head sharks coach stated the obvious. san jose has a laundry list of issues and they need to get cleaned up for game two which is underway. he's suspended for a game for an illegal cross-check. early on it's joe two scoring opportunities. buts just like game one it's vegas getting in a first goal. right now vegas leads 1-0 in the first intermission. now, those good feels from friday night after the giants beat the dodgers yeah they lasted barely 12 hours and they're gone. i wonder how long this little guy lasted. the giants get two backs with two outs. mccutcheon crossing the plate.

dodgers put up three more in the second including this home run. l.a. knocked chris strattan out after an inning and a third. it was that kind of game. the kind of game that pablo sandoval, yes the panda is on the mound to pitch. he had a 1-3 in, the only perfect inning by the dodgers in this game. second batter of the game marcus simeon, foul tip. off the chest plate of umpire tom hallian. thankfully he'd be okay and stay in the game. but houston jumps all over a's pitcher fisher with a line drive. that makes it 7-0 reigning world champions. the a's can get nothing against lance junior. michael jordan said it best
